Little Caesars Pizza

Its always super long wait times even when I order online and give them half an hour to make it, they still make me wait when I get here and have to ask multiple times if my pizzas ready.. most times they dont even throw it in until after I ask....

Pizza was pretty good, but when I ordered I asked if they had a lunch combo ready, they said there was already in the oven, but I was waiting for it for over 30 minutes. Not stoked.

Service is terrible, they will say your order is ready but upon arrival there will be missing items, time expectations given can be safely multiplied by 5-8x and you still might not get the right item. Spoke with management after the fact because I was given the wrong pizza about a refund $9-10 but was told the GM had to call me and discuss one week later still no call dont waste your time or money on cold food with a manager who hides and avoids helping customers up front. Good luck getting them on the phone either, might be easier to phone a dead relative.

I don’t know how there this bad at following instructions. I ordered a custom stuff crust pizza of Hawaiian on one side and pepperoni on the the other and went it was delivered, both sides were mixed with each other not half and half and it wasn’t stuffed crust, this is the third time this has happened. so I go down to the store and tell them what happened and they said they’ll fix it but THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG AND ADD SAUSAGE TO THE PIZZA!!!! HOW ARE THEY SO BAD AT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. The people there need to be removed and new add new people cuz this is ridicules.

Online order for asap, 1.5 hours later still not ready. Wife and kids waiting in lobby for an hour to be disrespected.

Guys come on… hire someone to work the front I have been here 25 minutes and nobody has even looked my way.. if the workers were actually greeting people and smiling you would double your business

I ordered 8 pizzas delivered for my daughter’s birthday party yesterday. The pizza arrived and 4/8 of the pizzas were completely burnt—-not eatable at all. I tried calling many times—-no answer. Tried submitting something online——no answer. There is absolutely NO excuse for this at all.

Just goto to pizza hut if your in need of pizza you expect to be somewhat on time. How a 10 minute wait turned into almost an hour is beyond me. Shame.

I’ve been a regular here for years. I always place an online order.
I ordered yesterday afternoon, 15 minutes from where I was. I got there and the crazy bread I ordered was ABSOLUTELY COLD.
That’s a first for me, I typically never have issues here, I was truly disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be coming back here for a while.
I 100% feel like they took bread they were about to throw out and put it in the portal. Idk if that’s true, but that’s what it looked like on my end.

I went by to pick up a pizza without looking at it and I extra cheese and instead of giving me a charge for extra cheese they took a $5 tip no extra cheese was on it as you'd look at all these reviews they're all off of same thing terrible service disrespect I'm talking to the owner tomorrow

Very unprofessional place. Horrible customer service had an employee by the name chanelly be disrespectful for js asking her something. Her manager just stood there and told us to leave when her employee stuck out the middle finger.

They let their workers treat me with nothing but disrespect. One of them even flipped me off and the manager stood there and did nothing. I don’t understand how they could allow such hostile employees. It was extremely unprofessional.

I havent been to a little ceasers in forever but went in tonight after work ( October 28th) to the Redmond OR location, the gal working and her whole team were so happy and working quickly to keep up with the dinner rush, made something as simple as grabbing a pizza to go a pleasant experience! I didn't get her name but she's awesome and needs a raise!

They literally NEVERRRRR have hot and ready anything. Ever. I even tried to call in an order so I knew it would be ready when I got there. The guy said "we have hot and ready so you can just come in". NOPEEEEE. Good luck unless you want to wait 20 mins even when it should be ready when you get there.
