Abby's is ALWAYS a favorite, no matter where I am. Pizza with the team after little league games will always be a good memory. Go Cubs.

We got take out from this location, so staff and atmosphere weren't big factor, but I'll trust that they're up to the standard of excellent excellence.

Abbys has great tasting pizza and spuds. Their fried chicken is even better. Crispy and juicy! We always try to make a point to stop at an Abbys when we are passing thru. Their Redmond location is small and in need of an update including their kitchen. However, they are never lacking in customers because of this. The staff is usually friendly but customers are usually waiting in line for a while especially on busy weekends. Abbys pizza is on the high end pricing of pizza so keep that in mind.

The place was clean with plenty of parking and seating, which I appreciated. I did a carry-out order, and the service was friendly and efficient. The pizza itself was okay — not bad, but for the price I expected better pizza. I know a lot of people really enjoy Abby’s Pizza, but personally I wasn’t super impressed. Overall, decent experience, just not quite the standout pizza I was hoping for.

The quality of the pizza here has drastically gone down over the years. Haven't ordered in years from Abbys. Last time I did the pizza came undercooked, and inedible. They creditted me for a free pizza, but even that was bad. Years later... same thing. Almost 70$ for a dinner I can't eat. If you order through doordash, dont bother calling Abbys to complain. They pass the buck, and doordash is forced to refund.

Do better Abbys. I'll stick to cheaper pizza places moving forward, the Little Cesars in town does better for a fraction of the cost. Shame on me for giving yall another chance.

Now let me finish cooking my pizza so I can eat dinner by 9.

Its always super long wait times even when I order online and give them half an hour to make it, they still make me wait when I get here and have to ask multiple times if my pizzas ready.. most times they dont even throw it in until after I ask....

Pizza was pretty good, but when I ordered I asked if they had a lunch combo ready, they said there was already in the oven, but I was waiting for it for over 30 minutes. Not stoked.

Service is terrible, they will say your order is ready but upon arrival there will be missing items, time expectations given can be safely multiplied by 5-8x and you still might not get the right item. Spoke with management after the fact because I was given the wrong pizza about a refund $9-10 but was told the GM had to call me and discuss one week later still no call dont waste your time or money on cold food with a manager who hides and avoids helping customers up front. Good luck getting them on the phone either, might be easier to phone a dead relative.

I don’t know how there this bad at following instructions. I ordered a custom stuff crust pizza of Hawaiian on one side and pepperoni on the the other and went it was delivered, both sides were mixed with each other not half and half and it wasn’t stuffed crust, this is the third time this has happened. so I go down to the store and tell them what happened and they said they’ll fix it but THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG AND ADD SAUSAGE TO THE PIZZA!!!! HOW ARE THEY SO BAD AT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. The people there need to be removed and new add new people cuz this is ridicules.

Online order for asap, 1.5 hours later still not ready. Wife and kids waiting in lobby for an hour to be disrespected.

Guys come on… hire someone to work the front I have been here 25 minutes and nobody has even looked my way.. if the workers were actually greeting people and smiling you would double your business
