It's a tiny building so if it's busy you will be really close to strangers if you're and intervert, most of the workers were very friendly and helpful. Food was done on time and delicious as always.

I made an online order for shortly after they opened, I wouldn't have minded waiting. Instead they opened late, manager was vaping inside the building and the first thing she did was cancel my order. At least my refund came through quickly.

sometimes a little understaffed but they do the best they can with their available resources. the waiting/pickup area is no frills or fancy but it is suitable for what it's intended for (unless they are really busy, upon which they only have 2 chairs for waiting customers, so you might end up standing for a period of time before being helped) handicapped persons may want to wait in their vehicle during busy times.

The reason I’m doing this is not because of the food, the pizza is good. It’s because of a driver they have with a gray Toyota Tacoma with decals of little Caesar’s license plate is 093 PAG. Incident occurred north of Terrebone, Oregon passing the bridge south where the passing lanes are and where lately a lot of accidents and deaths have occurred. He was violently and dangerously passing vehicles in and out of traffic going at a high rate of speed over 75 mph for sure. Almost hitting a vehicle/truck at the end of the passing lane because he wanted to get in front. He didn’t gain or save anytime doing these maneuvers he was still stuck in the back of more traffic there. he could have caused another accident or death on highway 97 just because he was in a hurry. I also called the Redmond, Oregon location where I saw him head to and called the store to talk to the manager and she seemed to not care of what had happened. At that moment she gave the phone over to this guy (“I never asked to speak to”) and he started yelling and assuming things so we had an altercation. This is really unprofessional coming from this company and dangerous that is why I’m posting this to let people know to be aware of this driver they have.

On the evening of 9/9/23 I placed an order using the Little Caesars app and was given a time window in which my order would be ready. I arrived at the store and waited outside until the window had passed. I went inside and noticed that there were no pizzas coming out of the oven. I got the attention of a worker and asked if they could look into my order. She asked the name on the order and I told her. She looked at a computer and said that they did not have that order. I showed her the app showing the order and confirmed that the address showing was indeed this store. She again said that she didn't have the order. At this point I am getting upset and asked her how that could be. At this point she went on the attack and started yelling at me that I "didn't need to give her attitude!" Now I am very angry! She fiddled in her computer a little more and called out that they needed these items ASAP. I asked if she was now able to find my order. Again she yelled at me and told me I could leave her store if I continued giving her attitude. I asked to speak with a manager as, to this point, the young lady had not identified herself. She says "I am the manager so I guess you have to speak with me!" At that point I was done with her and said "I have paid for my order, which you have now found. Please make my food so I can leave." She continues to need to get the last word in. At that point I told her that she did not need to talk to me any further and to quit escalating the situation. She walked to the back of the restaurant only to return in a few minutes and say "well my boss wants me to refund your money." I told her that was not necessary but I would like the name of her boss and their contact information. She responded "I am not telling you any of that and you can take your problem to corporate if you want to!"I have never been more appalled at the way a "manager" was speaking to me and in front of several people in the lobby. If you don't know how, or have the desire to deal with angry customers either make sure your store does not make mistakes or maybe find another position that is not expected to deal with customers!

The customer service is slacking pretty hard here in the redmond store. Instead of checking the name on the box, they will just hand the boxes to anyone that says I ordered already. The employees were also trying to keep my mom's pizza she ordered last night ( and yes, paid for) and told her we don't have any more pepperoni even tho it had her name on it in the warmer. You guys used to be so good, now you got bad employees and bad management ruining it. Also, we're very rude about the drink we were requesting as well.

Refused to sell me a cheese bread because they didn't have the right size box. Not sure if it is store policy or staff incompetence either way extremely disappointed.

I tried to order a cheese pizza with half cheese sticks like their special they advertise, only different is they make it with a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. I was told they can’t do just cheese and not add pepperoni to the pizza?!? You can’t just take the pepperoni off the order? I have ordered in the past and when I did before I was recently told that’s not possible, they charged me extra stating they had to ring it up as extra toppings even though I was getting less toppings. So insane! I will not be back! I have never heard of not being being able to order a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni!!! And no it’s not premade…so no clue how this is a problem! Not to mention last time we did order the girl working was on her phone the whole time our pizza was ready and we were waiting!

05-02-23I will say, Kendra, who was working to help us today at about 6:30pm tonight has been absolutely phenomenal!Clearly upon arrival she was stressed, but trying to make it fun still, she was pushing through.I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza with crazy bread and sauce, come to find out the two others she had working with her, were new hires. Assuming may have been 1st or 2nd day for them.But Kendra, upon many mistakes due to the new hires she had, made sure we got what we ordered.2 different tries and she decided to make it herself.She was so great and was doing an amazing job with what she had. Although the long wait, she made the wait fun. Thank you Kendra! :)This woman deserves a raise for handling it so gracefully.5 stars for Kendra.However, this store needs to think about how they treat y’all. No one should have the stress of only having themselves be reliable on shift, especially with two new hires who clearly had no idea what they were doing which of course, is NOT their fault or Kendra’s!That’s just bad company.I’d have to say 0 stars for the store itself.

The food is par mistakes are always made I feel like this is a normal day to day. My issue is the price for the quality. If I wanted to spend $9.00 for a cheese pizza that’s ridiculous a cheese pizza. Might as well go to dominos. Caesar’s if you’re going to charge $9 for a cheese pizza then you need to step up the quality of your food. Stop raising your prices for pizza that aighnt getting any improvementVegetarian options: They need more fresh options for a veggie pizza

Let's be clear I understand that they are understaffed. There were only 3 people in the there that had already ordered.Everyone was moving in slow motion, I ordered my pizza, and then waited. People came in about 10 to 15 minutes after me ordered and then they got their pizza for me. When I asked him why he had gotten his pizza before I did the young lady at the counter said I can't control what is sent to me and act. It is, though she didn't care Started to walk away in the office direction of where the pizzas were being made. When I ask her well, can you go check, she gave me a very dirty look. Where did a few moments and then walked over. Hi again how do you tell them what I ordered, it took additional five minutes to start making my pizza, and when it was part stop and I checked, it wasn't the order I had requested I waited, almost an hour for the wrong pizza. I understand that they were understaffed, but there was no one else left in the restaurant. This was a waste of money. The ambience was they could care less whether or not anyone got a good pizza.. Pretzel Pizza..Pretzel Pizza..
