Worst customer service through the drive-through could not comprehend what I was ordering. When is the basic order of just two number nines one without pickles maybe that tripped her up? Then she asked, what are you wanting in a really rude tone, and then told me not to have an attitude! Fries were terrible absolutely zero salt on them tasted like grease. Service was extremely slow saw multiple employees just standing around. The only good thing in this place was the nice Young guy that was working in the first drive-through window not the one taking the orders.

The reason for one star went inside to get some food and they dont do refills on sodas at this McDonald's. What McDonald's doesn't let you get refills!

I never leave reviews for fast food — ever — but this new McDonald’s genuinely deserved it. I went through the drive-through, and from the very first moment, the service was unbelievably polite, kind, and caring. You can feel the difference immediately. They actually treated me like a person, not just another order.
The food was fresh and great, but honestly the customer service is what sets this location apart. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do.

For anyone reading reviews: remember this location is brand new, and the team is doing an incredible job. Their kindness and effort absolutely deserve recognition.

To the staff: thank you. Your work doesn’t go unnoticed. You made my day.

This is a new location and the staff is friendly but they are still working out the kinks. Most recently I went to another location because this one was charging .75c more for my order when using the app.

We 110% did NOT need a 3rd! Mcdonalds. Two is even too much for how small Redmond is. We could have used something else and we deserved a better choice. So stupid and so unnecessary.

Took my family to check out the new location and it was ok.. Could use more workers in the lobby to make customers feel welcomed. Food was good. My only complaint and reason for not coming to this location more frequently in the future would be they do not offer drink refills.
