The young person who took my order was very polite. Whoever, their coworker who was expediting food was more concerned with getting their friends food (I think for free) then getting customers who had been waiting food. The shift leader was standing there letting it happen and even greeted and said goodbye to the friend. It may have been a fellow coworker but that is no reason to serve them before serving customers.

probably the worst experience ever i’m sick to my stomach. i go through drive thru order a 5 dollar meal deal, large fries, a mc chicken, and 2 ranches. i get home and look at the food there is a long black hair in my fries. i go to take a bite of my mc chicken and a little fly come out of the french fry container. and onto my food. like quality check?? i get it’s fast food but at least be cautious and look at the food before. gosh.

I recently visited the McDonald’s on SW Rimrock Way in Redmond, and I must say the experience was fantastic! The staff members were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and positive energy.
The service was quick, and the employees worked efficiently, even during a busy time. Despite the rush, they handled every order with care, ensuring that everything was accurate and fresh. The team here truly shines in customer service—polite, professional, and willing to make any adjustments needed without hesitation.
A special shoutout to the crew for their outstanding performance, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and always ensuring the customers are happy. I’ve been to many McDonald's locations all 50 states in US and Canada, but this one stands out because of its staff. Highly recommend stopping by this location for a great experience!

I'm not comfortable with the face hardware the servers have. One server with a large bull ring in her nose leaned over to look in my bag and I swear I saw a chunk of something come out of her nose.

I went to have lunch here visiting this town. The place is in a strip mall, the seating inside in a bit different. My sandwich was sloppily covered in mayo and made it less appetizing, but I have been to worse McDonald's for sure.

I ordered a Big Mac and a chocolate milkshake, the milkshake tasted like sour milk and chemicals and the Big Mac wasn't a big Mac it was more of a slim mac. Most of the tables were dirty

Service I would give a 0 This McDonald’s is garbage! I’ve learned my lesson, finally. They make you park, wait, and put your food in the door dash counter. You must walk in to retrieve your food even though they say they’ll bring it out! ? McDonald’s was great as a kid, a fun adventure now it’s stupid!
