Im sorry to have to post this , but tonight was a disaster!! Incredibly backed up the crew was practically standing around looking like a flock of half stone chickens with their heads cut off, bad attitudes , poor service , there must have been well over 40 cars in the parking lot waiting for their orders and when I finally got mine everything was ice cold and tasted old and nasty. I have no clue to what happened but the owner and the management need to address this problem as I have seen simulat reports in the past couple of days from their reviews. Like I said I have never really ever given a fast food chain a bad rap but tonight was off the charts horrible

Stood at the counter waiting for my 1 cheeseburger and 1 fries for 28 minutes and when the food came, it was the worst cheesburger and fries I've ever had at McDonalds. You would understand unless you like cardboard and literally a piece of cold meat with 2 smashed buns.

Went through the drive through, waited over 30 minutes to get my food. They park you in the parking lot, I watched them fulfill like 20 other drive through orders that came through after me. My order was a burger and fries. The sweet teas were unsweetened, I asked them to change it and they told me it would be another 5 minutes. I chose to drive off and not get my drink before loosing my mind.

My experience at the Nolan Town Center McDonalds started off just like any, I tend to always use the kiosk so that I can just hand the worker the receipt and there should be no mistake. This is what I did this time. My order was a (1500) redeemed point cheeseburger that I spent the $1.25 on to add an extra patty which wasn’t missed. I also asked for no pickles and they also honored that. Now the next part of my order was the $5 meal deal which would bring my total to $6.25. The meal deal comes with a burger, fries, nuggets, and a drink. The only thing I got was a burger and once I told the lady that gave me my food and showed her proof on my receipt she didn’t know what to do and looked for “Gabriel” who brushed me off and didn’t honor my payment. Because of this I will no longer buy McDonalds when I was a main customer before. In conclusion this store shows poor training and management along with service.
One of the quickest locations I've been to, and they tend to get the order complete and correct. They show respect for Doordashers, and that is appreciated! 👍🏼

When asking for a egg and cheese McMuffin ( no sausage ) they charge you for an egg McMuffin (most expensive) and remove the ham. I ask why don't they just charge me sausage muffin with egg (cheaper) they said they can't. Not going back to get ripped off.
