My mom wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and we love McDonald's, and decided to go through the drive through. When we got to the window to pay, the young lady seemed upset because we asked for an extra burger to add to our order. A female manager quickly stepped in and had a rude tone to her voice, she rudely replied "it will be an EXTRA 6.65 and on top of that! You're going to have to wait an extra 5 minutes!" We politely gave her our payment and just looked at each other like, ok? We then had the same female manager come give us our food, (we parked and waited) and she still had that rude tone to her voice and said here's your food! As well as an annoyed expression on her face. My mom then looked in the bag and politely said we also ordered fries, her response was MA'AM That's WHAT THIS SECOND BAG IS FOR! She rudely handed over the second bag and walked away. We had been under the assumption that the second bag was for the car next to us. The only good thing was we did get all of our food and received it fairly quickly despite it being busy. I just really feel that if you work in hospitality, be hospitable! We go there pretty often and haven't ever had a rude encounter like that. It seemed as though she was mad because we added to our order at the last minute, but by no means were rude in any way. I don't believe this is how you should handle customer service. We expected better!

How many times are you all going to give me the wrong order and then when I try to get it fixed the employees just tell me to take it.... If I order a large meal it should come with a large not come with a med drink and small Fry. Like yes please take money from me and then don't give me what you paid for.... that makes sense right??? GET IT TOGETGER. Seriously not that hard to make a damn burger and get it right the first time. Just a bunch of lazy azz workers. And I found a big chunk of plastic/rubber inside a chicken nugget on the first bite. WATCH OUT PARENTS YOUR KIDS MAY BE EATING SOMETHING THATS NOT CHICKEN!!!!

This drive thru is so slow and took forever just to make 2 mcmuffins. Once I finally got my order, I opened the wrapper just to find my stuff cold. The cheese wasn't even melting... will not be back and stay away if you can!!!
