We love going to this company for our subs. Huge and quite tasty. Very pleasant staff and they make you feel welcome. Always a welcome when you enter and a thank you when you leave. It’s a must!!
Ordered from New York City Sub Shop today and unfortunately, it was really bad. The cheese steak was dry and tough, and the meatball sandwich tasted like is was mostly spongy stuff, not meat. Sadly it was a real letdown. I paid 55.00 for the order and it wasn't worth 5.00.

This place is insanely good. Best Philly cheesesteak I've had in a long time. Always friendly people and if something is ever wrong they're always happy to fix it. So glad I work right across the street. It's great for lunch

All I wanted was onions mustard and mayo on the Park Avenue I ordered to go and they put everything on it I threw it away when I opened up when I got home to far away to take it back. Don’t go here they don’t listen to your order. They do a lousy job.Last time I’ll ever go here. And they have the nerve to ask for tips they can’t do their jobs right place is a joke.
