I was a bit surprised by how good Oishi was on my first visit, and my second visit lived up to it. I tried the 007 roll this time, and it was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The ramen I had on my last visit was excellent as well. Service was quick and friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and the place was well maintained. Seating is limited—maybe forty seats—but it’s worth the wait. The chef here is a true virtuoso.

This is my favorite sushi place ever!! I am often based at the Redmond Tanker Base during fire season and I love coming to Redmond just to come to this sushi place. The staff is great Jasmine and Chy are super sweet and the sushi chefs, First, S, Bert, and Peter are the best!! I went on a trip to Japan recently and I thought that the sushi at Oishi was better! Super high quality fish and a very expansive menu 🍣🍱

Love the sushi but hate that they don’t update their closures when they’re gone on vacation. For weeks. It has happened twice now where it says open online, drive out there from Bend and they’re closed for a family vacation. Super frustrating.
