My friend and I were going to have a late breakfast after playing pickleball at my place (Eagle Crest). My friend was generous to offer to buy me breakfast.
My friend said he loved the bacon from the Original Pancake House at the Bend location and he was going to have some with his breakfast. He had scrambled eggs with bacon and pancakes. No complaints.
I tried the ham and cheese omelette with pancakes. My omelette was overcooked . This omelette was odd shaped. Very well done in the middle with a large gooey ball of cheese also in the middle. There was too much of it along with a lots of diced ham. The pancakes were very dry even though I put a lot of butter on them . I don't use there syrup because I don't care for fake syrup. I'm into real maple syrup.
I've had the Dutch Baby at the Bend location which was pretty good. I would go with that next time out here.

Dining in is great, but don’t order to go! Adding automatic 20% gratuity for simply handing me a bag is ridiculous. I ordered an omelet that should be $17, I got there and there charged me $23 because of gratuity and another meaningless “to go” charge. Sorry but simply handing me a bag of food is not tip worthy.

This place is awesome... Their pumpkin pancakes🥞🧇 are delish... The staff was very friendly and on top of our table for sure. Clean and relatively great for getting your money's worth😋😋. I highly recommend this pancake house😁😁yummy
