Placed a mobile order. It wasn’t ready when we got there so we were told to pull up front. We waited 30 minutes and still no sign of anyone with our food. So I went inside and it was just sitting on the shelf they forgot to bring it out. We got home and opened the container that had the cream cheese ragoons on them and they were full of mold.

Staff was rude and unprofessional...
One lady in particular. She looked like she didn't want to be there and didn't like herself either.
Pushing that negative energy into the order.
Didn't get my order right.
Restaurant was filthy...
Won't be going back .

Food is pretty much how you would expect it to be. Sometimes it great, sometimes is just okay. Price is always good, but some of the employees seem to hate their job and couldn’t care less.

Had lunch here, it was ok big portion for the price staff was friendly and helpful. Good place to go to get away from fast food . It was fast but I'm sure it was healthier than burgers.

Ordered honey sesame chicken with fried rice. The portion was unbalanced — very less rice than expected. Drive-through staff was rude. Not worth it.

Don't order panda thru Door Dash. 2 times in a row now, Driver calls and tells me Panda is out of items I ordered. I struct to cancel a portion of the order and I am still charged for that item. No recourse, no contacting Door Dash. The store says i have to contact Door Dash. Just wasted money.

Seems like Lauren had a bad day because this is the best Chinese food I have ever had and I take a bath in the noodles 🍜 because its so unbelievably 😋 amazing 👏 panda does a great job

1. My order was completely wrong. Ordered cream cheese rangoons and got an eggroll
2. Didn’t even get sweet and sour sauce. I don’t know know eats an egg roll or Rangoons with NO sauce?!?! After going through the drive through I had to take two kids go inside wait 5 minutes for sauce!
3. By the time I got home I called for a refund and was told I would need to come in. After THEY got my order wrong they wanted me to pack up two kids to get a refund for $2 and the clerk was not nice nor understanding.
