Food was cold and undercooked. We dined at the restaurant. Employees were rude and unfriendly.

My wife and I went to pandas express for dinner and ordered our food and didn’t get all what we ordered and when we went back to get our order right my wife was questioned by a lady supervisor like she was trying to receive something for nothing . My wife was treated horribly like she was a liar. Also the young gentleman working at drive through window was also horrible with customer service. We definitely know how to treat our customers as we operate and own a business and will definitely take this experience back to our employees and educate to not let your ignorance or personal feelings get in your way of how customers should be treated.
Panda Express Redmond Oregon, really needs to be trained again on customer service .

I like the food here, but my order is often wrong and the service ibside is slow. Anytime I go in, there will be several people manning the drive-thru and only one at the counter. I'll see five or six orders go to the drive-thru before mine is even taken, and I can be first or second in line at the counter. It's too bad. It didn't used to be like this, but the past couple of years haven't been good. I rarely go anymore because even in the drive-thru, I have to check my order before I leave so I don't discover 20 minutes later at home that my order is wrong or something was forgotten.

Food was decent, but the portion size continues to shrink dramatically as the prices increase.

Went through the drive thru and my pitty was greeted at the window with an amazing person, giving him a few pieces of chicken like a champ. To the young lady at the window, Bruno says "THANK YOU." HE ALSO said you all are best friends and wants a play date 🙏. Good food ,great service, and love's the fluffers...what else do you need.

I’ve been a loyal customer Panda Express for years and have been quite happy with their food at all, but recently, and I don’t know the reason why, my last three orders have been messed up! The order that I made today, for example, did not contain the silverware, the napkins, the sweet-and-sour sauce, and the teriyaki sauce that I had ordered . They all were on the slip that I received when I got my meal, but I never got any of these items. Also, I tried to eat my dinner the way it was delivered to me, but the chicken was way overcooked and tasteless! I called the Panda Express to see what they could do to correct this problem, but they said they would do nothing. The next time that I order for panda express, which is debatable, I need to call the store when I placed my online order to make sure that I get the correct food. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Panda Express anytime in the near future.

Great food, but online orders are not prioritized. Order was late and they forgot to give me one of the bowls. I had to ask for it

Very small portions and under staff. They need to train their employees to better customer service skills.

Ordered a pickup order for my girlfriend and got a notification saying it was ready for pickup inside 3 mins later. Pulled up to the restaurant and had to park outside of the parking lot because the drive thru line wrapped around the building. No problem, but when I got to the door to pickup my order inside, as the app instructed, the door was locked. I made eye contact with multiple employees who proceeded to look away. I was standing there hoping to be handed my pickup order. When I finally maintained eye contact with one of the workers, she proceeded to point to the drive thru line and spin her finger, implying I need to go wait in line, while I was holding up the pickup order confirmation on my phone. Keep in mind, I could see my order sitting on the shelf ready to go. Considering I had already paid for the order, I needed to get in the line to pick it up. 15-20 mins later, I got to the window, where the employee who told me to go to the drive thru waited. She handed me the food and, before I could ask for chilli sauce, she closed the window on me. Keep in mind, I sat through all of this, only to get a very small portion of cold food. I ordered a plate and received less than a bowl portion size. It was mostly liquid, which proceeded to leak out into my car’s interior on the way home, because of how it was positioned in the paper bag. Panda is good, but this one isn’t. Definitely an over-promise, under-deliver situation. It turned a good day into a bad day. This would’ve been avoided by not advertising pickup inside as an option.

I had an odd experience at the Panda Express drive-thru today. I asked for a large cup of water, and the employee told me, "Most employees don’t charge for water when they’re supposed to, but I will," and then she said it would be $5! I was baffled—especially since it was just a regular cup of tap water, not bottled or anything special.

I couldn’t believe it, so I just told her I didn’t want it and left. There’s no point in wasting time or money on something so ridiculous. Charging that much for tap water, with that kind of attitude, is just not okay.

Panda Express, you need to address this. Your customers shouldn’t be treated like this over something as simple as a cup of water.

I enjoy the food here, tastes good is always hot! I will say though, the drive through line normally takes a long time to get through. The people who take your orders, typically aren’t the best at communication. I went through and could hardly understand the person, as they spoke so fast, as if they wanted to rush me through. I ordered an additional item, and the person had the tone of, oh great, they ordered more. Love the food but the attitude that is presented, makes a big difference. Amazing food, hit and or miss with communication!
