ridiculous wait time on 8/2/2025, employees closed the lobby and then were not working on orders. They were cleaning instead of serving customers. Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, someone comes to the front door and starts knocking and they let them in and started making them food! Absolutely unacceptable. Throw a fit and you get let inside and your food faster!? Management needs to have a serious talk with whoever was on shift. The people patiently waiting in the drive thru are priority you close when the store closes.

According to the employee I just talked to, Panda Express in redmond closes at 10pm and not 10:30pm. You should correct the hours that are posted on your door, on your window, on your website, and on Google maps. Or maybe the employee needs to be corrected? Who knows? Not my place to say ;)

Food here is always good to me, Portions lack sometimes but overall no complaints. However, The drive thru is ridiculously slow, Been here over 30 mins. I worked fast food for years so I get it but this is crazy. Maybe a reserve parking spot for people who want to order $60 worth of food in the drive thru? Just an idea.

Portions are getting smaller. But still decently priced. Pretty good quality food. Defenitly nice and easily accessible when you don't have to wait for real Chinese food. Lines for drive through are usually short. Defenitly not bad.

On June 11,2025 I ordered take out from Panda Express in Redmond Oregon. Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken and Green Beans, and Honey Walnut Shrimp, with Noodles and Fried Rice. This was the only meal I ate the entire day. Within 1 hour after consuming meal I suffered ACUTE FOOD POISONING that was So Severe that I was taken to Emergency Room in an Ambulance!! I was treated and observed for 5 hours before being released. I have had Dark Green Bowel movements for 2 days so far. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EATING ELSEWHERE!!!

Ordered Chow mein as my side and I wish I could say this was the first time, but unfortunately this has been consistent. The quality of food has never been the best, but this is just really sad since this is the only Panda Express in Redmond. The chow mein doesn't even have sauce on all the noodles, there is barely any vegetables and the noodles are so dry. I have stopped ordering rice from this location because it is so dry it's almost like eating plastic. This quality of food is just so bad and I'm really disappointed.
