The delivery person did not bring my entire order and couldn’t speak English for me to explain what happened. The store couldn’t find my house to redeliver the missing items. My request for a refund was denied. The place is staffed by incompetent people.

We decided to try Pizza Hut after getting coupons in the mail, even though we usually go with Papa Murphy’s. Big mistake. I ordered three large pizzas online at 4:59pm and was told they’d be ready in 18 minutes. I arrived at 5:15 and waited... and waited. Nearly two hours later, I finally left with two shriveled pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour and a third that was rushed and undercooked.
During that time, others who ordered after me were served first. Staff claimed my order was “too old” to access, even though they had the printed slip. No refund was offered—just a 20oz soda. I had to insist on a 2-liter because I’d ordered for a group, not one person.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Poor service, terrible food. I won’t be back.

I ordered an hour before closing, was showing online tracking as confirmed and prepping. Then with 10 minutes before closing I call and was told they canceled the order because they didn't have the materials to make it in stock. Then they tell me it will be 48 hrs before I get my money back. I'm attaching picture showing order was confirmed for delivery but was not ever delivered. I wanted a refund immediately but was not given that or the courtesy of a call.

Placed an order online and hour and 20 minutes before close for a $50 dollar order. They called as soon as they recived my order and told me they were out of everything. No crust of any kind, no wings, breadsticks, or deserts. Weird. A high demand business such as a Pizza Hut running out of every single menu item. The reason they said was they were busy.

And I completely understand long, busy days. Yes, yall wanna go home. But this is your job. Earn your money. Work hard for it.
I appreciate the gentleman who was the one who was asked to make the call...he sounded sincerely concerned about canceling my order. Very kind and apologetic.
honestly, I dont mind not receiving Pizza Hut tonight. Other places to go...I just am annoyed that they called to make a quick excuse to leave the store early, rather than just doing the job their paid to do.

There is so much grease on top of the pizza. It was sickening. Then when I went back in to discuss our pizza, I offered to give it back to them and I wanted a refund. They didn’t know how to give a cash refund.

We ordered pizzas for a wedding reception and had a brief misunderstanding but the owner was an absolute stud and saved the day by throwing in some cinnabons

Order took 30 minutes longer then specified, cold and missing part of the order. The delivery was farmed off to door dash. I attempted to contact the door dash driver to no avail. I called the store and was told to hold. Sat on hold for 15 minutes, hung up, Called back and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes before being hung up on.

Everyone has learned their pizzas are amazing and I love the variety they have their chicken is good with the different sauces and I love their Cinnabons and their son of sticks and they're pretty well priced

If I could give this place a zero star I would! I made my order on their app and then had to call in due to the app crashing. I had to call them 10 times before anyone answered and then waited on hold for 20 minutes. Then when someone answered I didn't even get greeted. Then Mama went to go and pick up the pizza. There was about a 2-hour wait. One of their employees was sitting there picking his nose. Others were making the food without gloves on. There was also some who are eating food in the middle of the kitchen. I do not recommend eating here, especially if you don't want to get sick!
