If I could give zero stars I would, customer satisfaction is absolutely horrid Paul the GM is rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. He was rude and didnt take any accountability for their 3rd party delivery service not having change for my order. If I wanted to use doordash I would have. When I order from a restaurant that offers deliver I expect my food to be delivered BY AN EMPLOYEE OF THAT RESTAURANT. I was told it was my fault that I didnt know they use a 3rd party service even tho this was my first delivery ever as I usually pick up my own food so incompetent people like the GM Paul dont mess with my food. Paul refused to give me the corporate number so I could file my complaint properly. He needs to be fired!

Signage on outside of store for Flatzz were not available inside of the store. Also, there was no menu posted inside of the store. Does Pizza Hut want to be in business?

Ordered pizza bundle,waited 2 hours for delivery,called to check on . something went wrong and put credit or something on my phone number.i checked to see if I got scammed on my card because it wasn't going threw with zip code so I was gonna do cash. So I went to the pizza hut and they had recipe and I didn't get any break for the inconvenience.while sitting there waiting for order we could hear them talking about how I was trying to get order for free.i was doing what they told me to do.i had credit card in hand to pay the whole time . I don't get it .

Worst experience ever atmosphere was awful listening to the manager talking bad about another customer who never got there online order so the customer came in to reorder they made that customer feel like it was his fault who wants to listen to that. The manager should of handled the situation instead of hiding in the back with a bad attitude. I think the owners need to know.

We ordered delivery and a door dash driver was sent. The food was decent and it arrived quickly. Prices have increased, but I had some coupons on my app. Good for a quick, cheap meal brought to your door.

We ordered delivery and waited almost two hours. We finally drove to the store ourselves. We never received a call letting us know there was an issue. Their explanation was that they had no drivers that night, and Door Dash wasn’t responding. Maybe shut off deliveries when you can’t deliver? Good news is they remade our order when we picked it up

The delivery person did not bring my entire order and couldn’t speak English for me to explain what happened. The store couldn’t find my house to redeliver the missing items. My request for a refund was denied. The place is staffed by incompetent people.

We decided to try Pizza Hut after getting coupons in the mail, even though we usually go with Papa Murphy’s. Big mistake. I ordered three large pizzas online at 4:59pm and was told they’d be ready in 18 minutes. I arrived at 5:15 and waited... and waited. Nearly two hours later, I finally left with two shriveled pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour and a third that was rushed and undercooked.

During that time, others who ordered after me were served first. Staff claimed my order was “too old” to access, even though they had the printed slip. No refund was offered—just a 20oz soda. I had to insist on a 2-liter because I’d ordered for a group, not one person.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Poor service, terrible food. I won’t be back.
