Maybe help out college students to make some money to support themselves... is there any businesses willing to do this anymore? Apparently pizza hut is not one of them! I won't support a business that does not support people.

Ordered pizza was told it would be there at 9:38 pm then received a notice at 9:05 pmit would be delivered by door dash, received notice at 9:29 the order was picked up by the driver. Tracking it in the app it was going the opposite direction of our house. Finally after more updates it taking longer and longer I walked the driver and said cancel the order as the pizza hut would not answer. The driver still showed up at 10:20 pm. Pizza chicken COLD PISSED !!!!
I order from this location ALOT. This is the first time we have had this problem.

Service was crap. Guy didn't pay attention to orders. The lady that was working with him just yelled at him to move all loud. And she didn't know how to smile.

I'm gonna be frank, I wanted a custom pizza asap. I ordered online through doordash and expected bare minimum on all fronts. The pizza was here within 20 minutes and it was too hot to eat. I got to look at my hot and fresh pizza just being perfect, as if it just came from the oven. After it cooled I feasted with glee. It's not the best pizza ever made but gosh darn it I enjoy it none the less.

Unbelievably bad. It's been two hours now and I still do not have my food. They do not answer their store phone. I will be contesting the charges. "Customer service" is equally atrocious, as it's basically just an answering service with zero ability to cancel an order, issue a refund or anything useful.Do yourself a favor and either order somewhere else or flush your money down the toilet. How this place can operate the way they do baffles me.Never again.

Never received my drink order even after calling. Pizza hut drivers were always good. Door dash sucks.
Manager and young man who handled my order on the evening of 5/15/24 were both so amazing and kind. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time.. extraordinary experience, I will come again specifically because of the customer service more so than the food itself.

Find a different pizza place, tried calling to reduce wait time and I was put on hold for 15+ minutes and called multiple times. I ended up driving to just order in person and assumed their phone line was out. The phone was right next to the register and I asked about it and they said they didn’t know why they didn’t receive the calls. After ordering I waited 50 minutes for 2 pizzas, waste of time don’t come here. It’s a bunch of un experienced workers who don’t care about wasting others time. ?

The food was fine, and I got my order semi-correct. What wasn't fine, was the seemingly new Asian employee. I've never had this issue before there, but this last time I was trying to use the restroom located inside the building after I paid for my food. I wasn't even in there for 10 minutes when the new employee knocked and said I was taking a long time. Then not even 5 minutes later and I was still on the toilet, she knocked again and said what I was doing was illegal and that if I didn't get out that she would call the police. Now, I didn't realize that being in the restroom for not even 10 full minutes relieving myself was illegal in this country.

If I could rate this place as no stars I would. They’ve been consistently late every time I’ve ordered (which has been rarely now) and now they never showed up with my food after paying about $50. Customer service would do nothing about it. Stealers
