Being a big Bbq lover from Arizona, I looked this place up being new-ish Redmond. First time customer. Got there right as they opened, and was excited for some good flavored meat. What I got was what looked and tasted like a day or 2 old cook under a warmer. I got a 3 meat combo of brisket, tri-tip and ribs. All three were very dry and one piece of the brisket was totally hard.
The service was great, very nice lady and the place is clean. I’d say reasonable price for the portion sizes. But I’m pretty let down for a just opened for the day order that was not close to fresh. I’ll give it a try again someday in hopes of it just being a bad cook this time around. But this was a bit of a let down for 25 dollar lunch and not enough time to return back to the cart unfortunately.

Just got turned away by the employee because they were closing soon. Open sign on and all other carts were serving? Was gonna be my first time trying this place but i guess noone wants to work anymore. Pretty lame.
My husband ordered the tri-tip with potato salad and beans, and I ordered the barbecue pork sandwich with potato salad.
As with any barbecue joint, they leave the fat on the meat, and I ended up having to pick through my pork sandwich. For me, fat gristle makes me gag, and I instantly spit it out. Aside from the occasional fat chunk in my mouth, the meat was moist and good otherwise.
The sides: baked beans were not that great. We're just not fans of peppery beans.
Potato salad was good. I'm thankful I didn't crunch into raw onions. People who put onions in potato salad are monsters. Thankfully, this place didn't put any in it.
Tried both BBQ sauces. There was a regular and a supposably spicy. I tasted no spicy, and it tasted like sriracha. It's as if they used regular barbecue sauce and just put Sriracha in it. Meh. I just didn't think it was that spicy.
I would eat here again.

Not all of this is your fault. Uber Eats sucks and I'll be using DoorDash from now on. BUT...I was a pit master for 5 years in Portland. I know how to make good bbq. The pulled pork was dry, the sauce included might have been ketchup but it wasn't bbq sauce by any means, and the tri tip, while tasty, was overdone. The order being delivered late didn't help as the fries were all soggy too, but that isn't your fault. I'll have to come in and try again. I won't judge completely until I've had a chance to try it in person. Thanks for your help with the customer service. Just not the best.

These guys were at the Crooked River Roundup, and their employees were at a loss. Apparently, the owners couldn't be bothered to show up on time. It took 40 min+ to get a burger and a pulled pork sandwich and another 20 min+ to get about 10 fries with each. The sandwiches were dry and lacked flavor, and the fries were not only a few but saturated in grease. By far, it was the worst bbq I've ever had. They should be embarrassed. It's no wonder they keep changing locations. Avoid at all costs
Sounds like an epic failure in planning by management. Why schedule as understaffed? Why change the menu before an important, busy event? I heard from many who waited longer and were unhappier than I was. It was my granddaughter's birthday and severely dampened her overall experience. My reviews have over 11 million views and counting. This is not my first review, and I do so fairly and concisely.
I do my best to take photos of served food, but this was served incomplete, and thus, I could not. I don't expect fine dining and appreciate food trucks, but there was no quality, value, or service here.

Im from Tennessee and have not had good barbecue since I left until today. The trip tip, pulled pork and brisket had full southern taste. Very meaty and not super fatty. I am in loooooove. This might be the only good barbecue in oregon. I WILL BE BACK!
*update*

Some of the best barbecue around and I've had it all
This BBQ was amazing. I got the 3 meat combo for 35 bucks. TRI-TIP, pork ribs brisket. It came with 2 sides, out of a large selection I chose the potatoes salad and macaroni salad. This lasted me 3 meals haha. It was a lot of food for the cost.
The sweet sauce I choose to dip in was awesome. Next time I would really like to try the cold slaw.

Went to the Bend food truck. Brisket was tasteless, no seasoning, 75% fat. Beans are bland. I would never serve food like this at home. Never again!

Tried this place out because we weren’t sure if the bbq spot I like wasn’t open. Unfortunately, the meat was dry. Sides were decent. Sauces were good esp the mango habanero. The egg roll was huge and filling. It’s a food truck located at Otto’s Landing. Nice, warm indoor spot to eat in.

Their brisket puts every other bbq in bend to shame. Looking forward to trying the tri-tip. Coleslaw was also super good. Thank you!

The Mac salad was kind of room temp and just wasn’t really that good.
