My husband ordered the tri-tip with potato salad and beans, and I ordered the barbecue pork sandwich with potato salad.
As with any barbecue joint, they leave the fat on the meat, and I ended up having to pick through my pork sandwich. For me, fat gristle makes me gag, and I instantly spit it out. Aside from the occasional fat chunk in my mouth, the meat was moist and good otherwise.

Not all of this is your fault. Uber Eats sucks and I'll be using DoorDash from now on. BUT...I was a pit master for 5 years in Portland. I know how to make good bbq. The pulled pork was dry, the sauce included might have been ketchup but it wasn't bbq sauce by any means, and the tri tip, while tasty, was overdone. The order being delivered late didn't help as the fries were all soggy too, but that isn't your fault. I'll have to come in and try again. I...
