I believe that they've had some staffing issues in the past few months, but our experience was amazing. Front of house, they had 2 seasoned wait staff and 1 new gal, but they managed to keep up with a busy Friday night. Don't know what they had in back, but the food was excellent and timely.

Had a burger with a crumbly and fairly dry bun. The tater tots were overdone. Ordered another and still overfried. Cook said if they fry them less they are frozen in the middle. I guess he doesn't know how to adjust the temperature control on the fryer. That's just lazy and poor attitude. The onion rings are still the best in Redmond. Cory is an excellent waitress!

We used to love going here weekly! Literally!! But, over the last couple of years it's really gone down hill.. The fries are always pretty much cold! And; they've eliminated 1/2 of there menu..! WHY?? I would NEVER order the grilled cheese again! That sandwich is a shame the way it's made, might as well just order toast.. Bring your Chili back! It was the best ever! I loved your Broken Top burger but, not worth the cold fries so we just go else where now... Your prices have increased thru the roof.. Please bring the happiness back..
