We stopped by this joint with very high hopes and hunger in our belly. Unfortunately, we waited 30-40 minutes for our order...then nothing. We checked in with the man working and he said it would be another tens minutes. We then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes and our food still wasn't done. We then asked for a refund as it was our lunch time and we couldn't wait for food any longer. The man working didn't provide any explanation as to what was taking so long. We paid for food that we never recieved and they never issued a refund!

It's not a coincidence that this is the highest rated food place of any genre in Redmond, even with classless trolls trying to review bomb it. Clean, fresh ingredients in generous portion, prepared perfectly and served up hot and quick! The owner and his family are awesome people, always friendly and welcoming! It would still be worth it to come here for lunch even if you were in La Pine; it's THAT consistently good!
Parking: It's located in the alley next to the vault tap house, so it doesn't have a dedicated parking lot, but there's plenty of street parking in the area.
I stumbled across Richard's Sliders on one of my trips to Redmond, Oregon. The food is AMAZING. I make a point to stop in and get some sliders whenever I am in Redmond.

These were great. Came here because it had 5 stars and it did not disappoint. It’s tucked in an alley so you have to want to find it but you won’t be disappointed. Grab a beer from Kobold next door and sit in the alleyway for a nice e meal.

Good thing I don’t live in Redmond because I would be here EVERY DAY. Central Oregon folks do not sleep on this gem of a spot! The owner is super cool and friendly, and the sliders are incredible. Tasted very fresh, and the 3 slider-side of fries deal was more than enough for 1 person. Hands down best waffle fries I’ve had. Can’t wait to try all of the slider options.
