The first time I ate from Rigobertos. I did the drive-thru last Thursday around 11:30amish, ordered a sausage, cheese, potato and egg breakfast burrito. Best burrito I have had since being in Central Oregon. Went through drive-thru today Monday 9:30amish and ordered 2 of the same to take home since I was in Redmond and I had bragged on how good this place was. I got home about 30 minutes later, gave them a little bit of heating up and my other half and I sat down to eat. My other half said the sausage is maple flavored. I took a bite and noticed the same thing. NOT GOOD! Was not wanting maple flavored sausage burrito. I called to question it and she said it was beef. No, it was MAPLE flavored link sausage (Pork) this I know for sure! My question: Is this establishment consistent in making food to order the same way with the same products/ingredients? OR could you receive something different from what you ordered before? Dagnabbit, Now I'm not to sure about going back

New management or owner?. ...Prices increased and the food quantity decreased by 20%. Whimpy for the new prices. Still tasty. The salsa bar is great. I have had several issues ordering recently. I used to never have issues with orders before. I was given a wrong order once, they gave me cash back and the one burrito I ordered. Missed one of my meals, luckily I checked and went back in. All this was within the month. Used to be a solid, no issues fast food place. Management- if you're increasing prices a lot, make sure to not f up orders. It never used to happen. Missing the bang for the buck. No longer here. đ„Čđ„Žđ”

I was just scammed there the old fashioned way. I ordered a dish that cost $11 , gave $15 to be told no you paid exact amount $11. I just couldnât believe it. I told the manager so they can check the camera installed right above the cashier and left. I dont need these $4 but hopefully they will end this practise.

Their food is amazing I missed it when I was in Tennessee for 2 years but their prices have gone way way up I got four tacos and five rolled tacos and it was $27 today I got two tacos and three rolled tacos and it was $16 that's crazy

I ordered on Doordash with specific instructions because of allergies. Just asked for no sauce, cheese, guacamole, etc. on top of food. I just needed it plain. I received items with everything on top. Doordasher said to call restaurant, which I did. I asked for the items to be refunded but was told to bring them back and they would replace them. If I could have drove to replace them, I wouldn't have used Doordash to begin with

This place is so bad because they took advantage of my elderly grandma with walking and breathing problems and we would greatly recommend axels and they should get fined for taking advantage of my elderly grandma with walking and breathing problems.
