Love their smashburger and fries. They put a bit of spice on their fries. Very competitive pricing and great food. I get this delivered so atmosphere is not able to be judged.

I’ve eaten here twice so far, got the jambalaya the first time and it was amazing . Poboy the second time and it was great. Would’ve liked an aïoli instead of the Dijon, but still was great..Really cool to have top-notch Cajun in the middle of Central Oregon, I hope folks find out about this place because it is awesome !!!

My only experience with Louisiana is driving over lake Pontchartrain at 2 am during a thunderstorm, so, my bayou experience is…limited.Although i can’t speak to the authenticity; The food is outstanding. Generous portions and the bread for the po-boy was spot on. The jambalaya was perfect. After having the bread pudding, the only thing I’m disappointed in is the lack of ability to order by the pound.
