If u come here plan on mostly being ignored even when trying to cash out a ticket, if the person working is cooking they won't acknowledge you at all, not even to tell you it might be a minute. They also have a lot of regulars that are tweakers, they hit u up for money while you're playing, they always say it's for food but they immediately put it into a machine...one local name brenda actually tried to sell me drugs when I gave her money to get her to leave me alone...when the guy working asked me if she asked me for money I told him yes he went and told her that I had told him so, which made me very uncomfortable because she then hovered around me upset because I had "ratted her out" Once again I came in and was completely ignored, I even greeted her ( the cashier) on my way in and she says nothing, no greeting or offer of something to drink

Love the Asian salad (and of course the little red velvet cupcake that is included). Thanks for not denying me the clear plastic water cup--I need more water for the pills I have to take and some places will only give a tiny flimsy cup that I must refill 3+ times throughout my meal even when they have larger cups available. It is not my fault I can't drink anything other than water but I am made to feel guilty by many places and I appreciate that Sassy's is kind and generous.

With the monsoon storm that hit last night I had no time to make cupcakes for one of my coworkers birthday. I emailed to make sure that they had some ready made. Your response was super quick and even told me that you would put a bow on the box for his birthday! I ran by on my way to work and was immediately greeted and helped. My total time in there was about 10 minutes, everyone was super friendly and helpful! The cupcakes were a big hit! Thank you so much!!!
