One server for a dinner rush is absolutely insane. I felt terrible for her. She was hustling but at the detriment of the FULL restaurant around her. $4 uncharge for these fries is a joke. The Black and Blue burger was tasty but did not come as described at all. No fried onions (fresh instead which I don't like), no steak sauce and no garlic aoli. Maybe one tiny piece of blue cheese. We come to Eagle Crest every year and this was our first time trying the Silverleaf. It will definitely be the last.

I love the staff at Silver Leaf. Dra and Krissie are amazing. When we got they we were greeted immediately, had menus and waters delivered and our drink order taken within a few minutes after we arrived; and it was busy. Drinks came shortly afterwards and my old fashioned was the best ever (thank you Krissie). We had the tacos and they were great. The only thing they could do better is lower the temperature in the cafe. Too warm.

We walked in at 8:20pm they closed at 9pm, and said the pizza oven wasn’t working. We saw a pizza on the counter done, we saw them making a pizza in the back, and we saw a family carrying a pizza out. The staff in my opinion wanted to close early. So disappointing.

We went in and it was hot. Air conditioning was not on.m. Wasn’t impressed with what people were eating. No on greeted us. No on brought water. We waited for a while and just left.

We were so very disappointed in our service today, we saw 2 tables that sat down before us finally get up and leave, we waited 45 minutes and still no one acknowledged we were there even though they kept walking by us
to go to the patio, they but never said a word,
Such as …,, HI 👋. Be with you as soon as I can …. Sour faced ladies, costumer service,
ha ha ha there was NONE !!!
I will go to the restaurant next door, they know customer service

I had food and drinks here three times on a recent trip. The service was fantastic. Food was better than most bars. The atmosphere is very casual and comfortable.

Smaller casual cafe, nice atmosphere. Placed an order to go, only the bartender taking care of everyone, so it was a quick tap on the keyboard to take my order and turn the screen so I could leave a tip, and then a quick thanks see ya when my order came. Ordered the Silverleaf Club and a cup of potato bacon soup for 23.00, 18 for the sandwich. The wife thought the soup was ok, she did not taste any bacon in the soup. The sandwich was tasty, not sure that I would pay 18 for only a sandwich and a pickle slice again.
