Good food, with a nice variety with very good gluten free pizza. Service always friendly. Would be nice if they could buffer the echo sound a bit with maybe rugs or wall hangings/soundproofing panels. It's sometimes hard to hear your tablemates.

As we all come back from the pandemic we expect service and quality to come back to pre-pandemic levels well not the case here, over priced food and drinks, HappyHour haha, nope a joke said no menu but we could give you a dollar off well drinks Service sad very bad attitude like we were a nuisance for being there With so many solid places in Redmond and Bend why would you come here.. Looks like business model is cater to Eagle Crest visitors that don't know any better hey management wake up and do something you have an opportunity here but someone needs to steer this wreck out of the ditch.

Shared a Lg carnivore pizza? with my husband & had left overs. The food & drinks were really reasonable. We stopped there on a Tues & there was live music?. The waitress & bartenders were very friendly & attentive. Great place to go for a relaxing pleasant time.

Cozy atmosphere, large menu ( pizza, burgers, salads, beer, cocktails), good service. Nice for lunch, appetizers, light dinner.
Came in at 4 o'clock on a Sunday, hoping to eat dinner here (solo). Sign at the door said, 'seat yourself' so I took a single table directly across from the bar. A few folks were at the bar, and a few at tables; probably 40% capacity. A gentleman walked up to the bar a few minutes after I arrived and was helped with a beer. Two gals came in after that and stood next to the seat yourself sign and were served their requested smoothies. I waited 18 minutes and received no acknowledgement whatsoever, even after trying to make eye contact with the bartender/waitress. I walked out and went to Redmond.

This was not the experience I was expecting from spending $47 for two burgers. I have had a better burger from McDonald’s. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is the staff over the phone seems nice but they need to fire their cook or redo their menu with better quality food.

Disappointed with my entree of Rice Bowl and Teriyaki Chicken. Nowhere on the menu did it say "spicy", but it was indeed very spicy. I mentioned it to the server and she said "oh no, it's not supposed to be spicy. I will mention it to the cook". Never heard anything back about it and we were charged full price ($21). So note, it IS spicy!
