First of all if your in line and only getting ice how come the car behind me and also the car behind him get there food and drinks before I get a bag of ice than the manager takes my card and comes back and says it doesn't work do i have another form of payment and I said try it again there's money on that card and he says well it doesn't work I'm not sure what to tell you as he proceeds to swipe my card again and than goes oh it worked this time and this is the customer service your manager has this place is junk I won't be returning as a long time returning customer

This place is a joke. It is some of the WORST service I have ever experienced. Been here several times in the last year and every time the people working are goofing off and playing games instead of working. Even have employees out at cars talking and giggling with friends instead of working. Redmond Sonic is in desperate need of a real leader. Employees need to be working not catching tater tots in their mouths and messing about. Please please please get some leadership in this location!

This is one of the better Sonic locations in the state. The stalls are bright, friendly, clean and actually open. Landscaping was lively and not dead and abandoned looking. Customer service was polite and mostly prompt. The food is what it is. I've not had any issues.

Super shitty service. Food has gone all the way downhill at this location. Inedible onion rings! They publish a coupon in the smart shopper but didn’t honor it even when I clearly announced it during the order process. The drive in hasn’t opened since COVID. Can’t wait for McDonald’s across the street.

Normally a good experience and worth the cost but ordered a medium blast and it was only filled halfway. The cheese fries were cold, and not fresh.
Sonic has the best ice and sell a 5 lb bag for$3 which I add to all my drinks at home..

Sad to say I feel like things have gone the wrong direction here and I need to retract my previously positive review. The food quality isn't so tasty, costs went way up, onion rings overcooked and service was not so great. Sonic Blast is still decent, but not sure if it's enough to pull me back.
