Food was good per the Starbucks usual. The coffee tasted like the beans were straight burnt. We went back in to have it remade which I already hate doing and the barista was offended & passive aggressive.

I never leave reviews. I hate to do this but I don’t appreciate the worker who served my mother and I. Monica had terrible customer service. I don’t blame the other people working in there at all they even put cute stickers on my cake pop. But Monica seemed hostile from the second we pulled up. No polite manners or anything. We asked her to throw away our Starbucks cup empty from yesterday. I don’t know the rules about throwing things away here, but I’ve never had an issue before as long as it was dumped out. She continued to be rude with how she told us no, and slammed the window on our face before I had the chance to say anything. On top of it I just lost my father my mom’s husband so it’s just the fact people have things going on. If you’re gonna work in customer service learn how to talk to people and politely say no.
