I went through drive up and ordered my usual. Venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. They gave me one so packed full of ice and not filled to the top the ice on top you can see in the picture has no coffee on it. I literally got five sips and the drink was gone there was so much ice packed into this cup. I will NEVER go to this Starbucks again. This isn’t the first time they have screwed up my drink

I like this Starbucks but nobody greets you when you walk in. There can be five or six people working behind the counter and absolutely no acknowledgement at all.

Maybe this is how Oregon makes coffee.. but it's not my preference. I didn't mind the name of the drink being different from what I ordered, though I don't like it tasting like burnt bean water. The other drink tasted like watered down creamer with sugar added. I'm not sure what happened, but it sounds like they were having a bad day from the get-go. The girl was nice but very rushed, even though the line wasn't long. There were only 2 cars and it wasn't crowded at all. Maybe that was a sign for us to have gone elsewhere.. I do like that they didn't forget the extra shot though!

Tried ordering the spicy falafel pocket at this location and again they were out of it and that being the only vegan food option at Starbucks really sucks when they’re out. I don’t know if they just aren’t ordering enough but maybe they should since they’re selling out before noon? The service at the window was a little rude, she wasn’t very friendly at all, and to top it off they were out of yet another item, the Truff hot sauce. So again, maybe they should order more so they aren’t running out of things all the time. Also the person I was with when all this happened said his ham and swiss baguette was terrible. Not sure what’s happening at this location, but I won’t be coming back. And a side note, I know it’s not the workers’ faults for the prices but $21 for two drinks and one food item is insane.

These folks do an amazing job. Drinks are consistent. Service is amazing fast, even when they are slammed. Most of the time I'm greeted with a smile and a welcoming greeting. And there always seems to be a positive and welcoming energy

They remodeled this Starbucks since the last time I came in. There is less seating than before and more counter space for pickups. The staff is friendly enough, but I was extremely disappointed with the service, especially since there were six people behind the counter. I ordered a venti blended drink. There was no one else waiting who ordered in-store. I stood there and watched several drive-thru orders go out and a delivery order being put together in the at least 14 minutes (from the time on my receipt) it took to get my drink. I thought the color looked a little strange. I dislike coffee, which had been added to my matcha frappuccino. I took a drink in my car and then went back in to have it remade. I asked for a quick drink of water to wash out the taste. That took four minutes, and my drink took another minute or two. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. As I said, the staff is friendly enough, but making someone stand there for a total of probably 20 minutes between making and remaking a drink is ridiculous. I usually go to the other one in town, and remember why after this.
