I drive by everyday on my way to work and will frequently use the app to place and order to be picked up inside. By the time I arrive, my order is waiting for me on the counter, very convenient. A couple of times my drink has not been made correctly (I drink tea with a splash of milk and sometimes they steam the milk instead), but I'll check before I leave and they will quickly make me a new drink. I've ordered "Royal English Breakfast with 2 packets sugar and a splash of whole milk" enough now that they don't steam the milk anymore. When I want a real treat, I'll order the Chai Tea Latte or the Honey Citrus Mint Tea, both are so delicious.

So…. I am here almost every day- the staff here is one of a kind! They know my name and greet me like I’m family! All of the staff are fantastic, friendly and welcoming! I couldn’t be happier when I walk in the door here or leave! They send me off with a see you tomorrow Ashley! You guys are ALL AMAZING! Thank you!!!!!!!

Went through the drive through and got a frozen breakfast sandwich. Not a big deal(it happens when there is a rush I get it) until I went inside. The cashier had an attitude the whole time as if it was my fault that it was frozen. I Asked for a Refund since they didn’t have anymore of the sandwich I had ordered and she didn’t offer to just heat it up so I assumed that wasn’t an option. She needed some help from another employee, I’m assuming this cashier was new. She told the other lady that I wanted the refund because it was “A little frozen”…like seriously,once again with some attitude as if I just paid $5 for a sandwich that was suppose to be frozen. No apologies at all,not once.

I’ve been to this location on 4 separate occasions and each time they have either given me an incomplete food item such as missing egg in a sandwich or the coffee order is incorrect.

Not to be that person but here I am..Usually I’m very forgiving, but I’ve ordered online 2x from this store as it’s close to my work and most convenient for me to order online whilst at work. Both times I’ve order 1-3 drinks for me and some co-workers and both times my orders have been messed up. Yes they have fixed my orders both times, however when I had my drink fixed I received it not even filled all the way… like come on I paid $7.25 for that the least you could do is fill it all the way so I at least get my moneys worth. Anyways won’t be going back to this Starbucks anymore. The people are great, and the atmosphere but the service team says otherwise. Not to mention while I was waiting for my drinks to be fixed I watched one of the employees chuck someone’s sandwhich onto the cashiers table. Nice right! :).

Stuff is not friendly in the morning. Does not take orders correctly and gets upset when you’re correct them. Has happened on multiple occasions. Going to avoid this location. Bad service, bad drinks.

I come here, basically, every workday morning. This location has absolutely the sweetest most upbeat crew!!!!! They greet me by name and always tell me have a great day. They have even gotten to know me, so it’s super comfortable walking in each morning. (I mobile order and pick up inside)Keep up the great work everyone!!!

So I usually don't post reviews unless I like the establishment or am displeased with it, this one is a displeased post. We have been going to this newer Starbucks since it opened. Realizing that help is hard to get and if it's a new employee, sometimes what you order doesn't quite fit the bill. After several months of getting the same drink, I noticed that they have been less than consistent. I opt for the shaken brown sugar cinnamon oat milk drink always. Sometimes it's on spot, and other times it tastes like it's missing something. That gets dead especially when you're out the door and on your way home or to work, taking a slug off the drink only to find it sucks! Yeah. Today was another one of those days, this time no brown sugar mixture or if their was, very little. Ya know, if I wanted an iced oat latte, I would have ordered one. No consistency. The last one I ordered was two fingers short from the top of oat milk making for a bitter drink. Listen, customers appreciate that they receive what they pay for, that leaves a good impression on the establishment. Bad impressions lose customers or they go elsewhere. Managers need to remind workers that if they run low on formulas or milk, just ask. Don't skimp your customers. Starbucks corp. be aware

Ditto the previous review. Nice enough staff, but each of the three times I've been here, it's been a minimum 20 minute wait with four cars ahead of me. Don't stop by if you're on a schedule.
