They don't honor the coupons they send out in the mail also they are very slow and some of the workers look a little shady

I got 5 sandwiches and a cookie and all of them tasted like the oven they used was not cleaned and they all tasted like charcoal in addition to all the sandwiches missing either sauce or cheese. I will not be ordering from this location anymore

Went there and person helping said they no longer take paper coupons. Coupon was not expired. Incredibly disappointed with this policy. Seems super unfair to not honor coupons. Likely NEVER going back

I hate to sound like a really old lady but….. the music was too loud.
The first people to ask what I wanted should take human interaction 101. I told them I was hearing impaired gal. The volume of her voice did not increase. I informed them that the counter top made it impossible for me to read her lips. She talked real fast and asked multiple questions at one time. Finally the other employee stepped in. Even still the lack of training on customer interaction was obvious. I will not return.

I used to work at Subway and for a long time nobody has made my sandwich right, but Austin this morning made my sandwich perfect. He was also super nice to my son and me. I really appreciated both the sandwiches and his service. Definitely coming back to this Subway again! Thank you Austin 😊

Only giving 5 stars because of Austin!! The Vitamin Water was out of flavor, and I asked on of the workers but he said it was above his pay grade. Austin noticed I needed help and even though he was leaving for the day, he quickly went to the back and fixed the issue. I know it was a pain, but he had a great attitude and was helpful. “I help where I can!” Was his response when I apologized for holding him up. What a great guy!! Thank you Austin.

When going into subway to pick up an order for a friend. Subway employees were quit rude and had bad costumer service . The women who made my sandwich had an attitude. When purchasing my sandwich I was asked “do you want your receipt” politely I said “no thank you” the cashier ripped the receipt out aggressively and crumbled the receipt up. Not cool!

I wish there was a 0 star rating that I could use for my review on this place. I came in with my care client who is a developmentally disabled person. This person loves Subway on fridays. We had not come to the Fir Ave. Location before, but I thought it would work best for what we were doing today. We came in and no one was there. So we stood by the order sign until someone came out ( a few minutes) The young woman that came out had body language that communicated that she was not happy about helping us. She didn't smile or welcome us. It made me feel uncomfortable. I asked if they took the subway coupons. I asked because they don't take them in Prineville and I needed to know to help us pick out what we would order. She snidely said, "What?" I asked her again because I thought she didn't hear me. She said sort of under her breathe that it depended on what kind of coupons they were. I had them in my hand so I unfolded them and said they were regular Subway coupons. Then she said something again under her breath and I said," what?" She talked to me like I was stuip saying, "well, this is a subway."
Then I asked her if really needed to speak to me like that. I asked her if she was having day. She through her hands up, turned on her heal and walked to the back and told the other staff person to come with her and they left us standing there. It took me a minute to believe that they refusing our business. I looked around for a number to call for contact because I couldn't believe what just happened. Of course there was no contact info for anyone anywhere I could see. We left after I looked on line for another location. I have worked in foodservice. I know people can be rude sometimes. I would never do that. My line of work requires me to be very patient and empathetic. When I was asking her if she was having a bad day I meant it to be thoughtful not bossy. I really hope whatever was going wrong gets better. We will not be returning. In fact I think I will go to a non-chain deli from now on. Nobody deserves to be talked to or treated like that. I believe if the owners really cared about the service at their restaurant they would post a contact for people to let them know.

Beware! Ordered delivery with the Subway App. The delivery was completed by a door dash driver but the order was placed through Subway. Well I only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. There is no number to call to get a refund or receive the remainder of my order. I called the store and the employee told me to call someone else, they can’t help. Told me to “call DoorDash”. The order was not placed through DoorDash, and there is no number to call. I asked who to call and they said they don’t know and couldn’t help me. I asked if there was a manager available and she said not until tomorrow. There is no number to call in the app or website, only “submit feedback”. Don’t order from this store for delivery!
