I'm not sure why but this subway always seems to have dry bread. The service is ok and the resturant is pretty clean. Just wish the bread was better. Also, Really wish they had healthier choices for meat. Processed meats loaded with sodium! Not healthy. Come on subway you can do better!

Always love subway. As long as the people are friendly, sandwiches always good. You get what you ask for made right in front of your eyes.

It's much better in the Redmond store than in the Madras subway store. They treat you better!

For a subway this is the best by far in bend/Redmond area. This place fills your sandwich full and has great flavor. The employees were younger people and were friendly enough to us. Unlike other subways locally this one put enough lettuce with the first pass there was no need to ask for more unlike other locations where to even get a cup of lettuce you have to ask 3 times. So overall they did great. This one give the right portions of meat on a sandwich. I ordered the pepperoni, salami, and ham and they gave me 6 slices of each meat. I then ordered double meat and was very happy.I seen other people given reviews about long wait times at the drive-through. I went inside the restaurant and had no long wait time at all, and they did have a line in front of me and behind me but they were very fast and efficient.I just can’t say good enough words about this location. Thank you to the owner. Thank you so much. I enjoyed my meal with you guys today and I will be back.

Ordered the Hotshot Italiano, wasn't made according to the menu and the bread was old. I won't go there again.

I worked there. They do not properly sanitize the ice machines and mold grows inside them. The dishes are not properly washed and half the employees rarely wash their hands. Tables and chairs are only wiped down once MAYBE twice a day. And the cherry on top- the manager is passive aggressively rude and condescending (The new gal brought in by the new owners who berate and belittle their employees; causing 3 of my coworkers to leave due to it turning into a hostile work environment.) Just a scummy place for employees and customers to waste their time on. Do yourself a favor and just go to Jimmy John's or the 4 other sandwich shops in town. They don't recycle expired produce & meat like they do.

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. It's always the same thing. If the sandwich is just meat and bread, and no veggies, it feels pathetic. What has happened to America? To democracy? When communist regime policies deny vegetables to the impoverished denizens in their sphere? It's cruel. A blatant disregard of our Constitutional rights. Was this not the country founded by our fore father fore mothers. Establishing a more perfect union? Ensuring domestic tranquility? We the People should not be subjugated to this tyrannical monopolization proposed by thee sandwich overlords. If this subway wants to penny pinch lettuce, I will endeavor to frequent other, more civilized subways instead. It's a travesty and makes me lose hope in our future, in the nations youth.
