Used drive thru, repeated order twice, got home and sandwich is missing mayo, salt, and pepper, will just come inside next time

Used drive-thru, so I could quickly input my order and get through. When I pulled in there were no cars parked and just one person in front of me in the drive-thru that was done almost immediately when I pulled around the corner to see the window. I pulled forward and wasn't paying attention as I was the only order they should've had to worry about. After several minutes passed, I looked up confused at what took so long to see 3 workers one of which was clearly new, and none of them were working on my order. Instead they waited until the walk in orders, that showed up after my order was placed, were all completed before starting on the one sandwich that I ordered. As I left the parking lot I noticed there were at least 5 cars that weren't there before, all had their orders completed before mine. Not that it's a big deal, but in addition after everything else my sandwich was not toasted, even though I had selected for it to be.

This is a regular Subway, so you won't see something breathtaking, but the restaurant was clean and our guy (one who made our sandwiches) was cordial and polite. Definitely a good listener too. Restaurant has a big attached parking lot. It was pleasant to eat here.

Only one lady was working, and she was killing it. She needs a raise. If I were her, I would have left and found somewhere paying better, not a huge fan of subway, but it was good at the time!
(Not sure how much they get paid, but I can tell you she was underpaid just by the looks of the place while walking in.)

I order from subway many times and found their staff professional and polite. The subway on highway 97 in Redmond OR was TERRIBLE. They didn't look at you, didnt say hello, mumbled their words, didn't ask what condiments I wanted, just slapped it on, so rough with making the sandwich the bread tore in half. I finally said to them to please slow down, watch what they were doing, etc. I was so distressed ecause of them I forgot to give them my coupon. Your other store in town id awesome but I will forever warn people about this awful people and place!!!

Quick quiet and friendly staff are in van but the sandwich was excellent
Parking: Leave the same way you came in unless doing drive through. Wouldn't recommend drive through as while we are in your van we watched the drive through and it was a touch screen order board you had to reach out car window and appeared difficult with added hand shading to block sun glare. Only drive through can exit parking around side of building unless you wait for ordering car in front of you so we had to jack knife turn around to get out.

I pickup a sandwich rarely when I have coupons. The sandwiches are decent. Meat is somewhat sparse. I was disappointed by the foot long pretzel and churros that they have been hyping. Prices have continued to rise.
