Ethan had absolutely horrible customer service they wanted to rush through making my sandwich and didn’t listen to what I had to say put the wrong kind of sauce on it and then when I told them they put the wrong kind of sauce on it, she grabbed the right kind of sauce and over squeezes it all over the whole sandwich and makes an entire mess and when I ask them if they can take some of it off, they say no I can’t and look to the person in line behind me and say what can I get started for you. Never have had such horrible customer service at fast food place (photo of the ranch I had to squeeze out of my sandwich to make it edible)

I tried the pepperoni and cheese dippers with the peppercorn ranch dipping sauce and the cheese dippers with the mustard dipping sauce. They were filling and good. Good value as well.

Ordered thru the app, twenty minutes later the app said the order was ready. I arrived at the store five minutes later and they hadn’t even started the order, just stapled the receipt to a bag. I had to wait even longer at the store. Why do they take orders thru the app if they are going to just ignore them?

I came through the driveway completely did my order it's now a touch screen kiosk so you never communicate with an employee like you're standing in the lobby or something very weird very dirty I pulled up to the drive-thru window and it was so filthy I was praying she wouldn't touch the window when she opened it apparently my coupon was expired by 8 days and because of that she refused to take it in today's world I use expired coupons every freaking wear except here so this is my second time of trying to eat at Subway today I stopped in sisters Oregon and she just couldn't even take our order had no registers had nobody helping her all by herself eight of us walked out at the same time then I drove all the way to Redmond Oregon to use my coupon and my gift card and she refuses it probably just going to cash this card out and stop going to Subway horrible service horrible attitude and instead of selling me with the coupon you completely lost the sale and had to waste the food

The food was good as usual, but the lady who waited on us was exhausted and grumpy from having to pull a double shift. Plus, we came in particularly for the foot long chocolate chip cookie and she said they had been out since Tuesday!! This was Saturday! Apparently they need to order more! And get more help for the poor lady who waited on us!

Very rude young man making sandwiches, he seemed to angry about his own mistakes. I will not return to this location for sandwiches. Sandwiches were a mess just thrown together not acceptable, if you don't like your job then find a new one.

The subway took about a half hour to make two sandwiches through the drive-thru. Our sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, and they were not they were soggy and extremely messy with way too much sauce on them. Fyi after specifying what kind of sandwich you want they tell you to pull forward up to the window I then had to have traffic back up behind me because the speaker is on the corner of the building to tell them what vegetables you want. the woman working was all around rude and didn't really want to hear what I had to say even though I was very nice to her.
