Got a $52 order for my family of 5 last night on tbell app, when I got there. 3 employees were just sitting in the lobby on their phones. The staff in the back of house never gave any customer service.(but came to the lobby multiple times) When my food came out they didn’t give me any 4 of my drinks, I asked and the lady turned around and went back to the foodline. I then had to wait until someone came back to the front to drop another order for the lady to get me my freeze’s. Once I got home with three bag full of food they still forgot 4 items. The potatoes were stale and they didn’t follow the changes that were made to the items that I did receive. I know fast food isn’t easy but seriously there were MAYBE 2 cars in drive thru.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had to live by. Does not update their hours, constantly closed and sub par food…even for Taco Bell. Honestly amazed Taco Bell corporate even lets this idiot have a franchise.
Taco bell is getting better! They are rocking and stocking.. getting things pushed threw fast. Great job guys!

This location seems to have serious logistical issues. I suppose "staffing" is the primary cause of not being able to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. And, somehow, this is a matter that doesn't seem to be getting addressed by the franchise owner (assuming it's managed as a franchise). Three times now, I have had an order placed, for delivery through Doordash, only to have the order become significantly delayed to the point the "dashers" begin playing "hot potato" by reassigning pickup over and over again. The reason: they're waiting 30+ minutes without any progress being made on the order. Just this evening, after experiencing said issue once again, I communicated with the dasher who relayed to me that Taco Bell staff informed it would be an hour plus wait with 40 or more orders ahead of mine... this was nearly an hour or more after having placed my order. I canceled and won't be ordering from this location again. Figure it out.

Absolutely horrible. Everyone working is very young and half of the time they forget most of my order. They are always trying their best but they need better management and a better system. The last 2 times i've been they tell me I have already received my order which is not true.
