Edit 2025 Drive thru line is long and slow. Dine in is even slower with all the Dashers picking up orders.

They never seem to staff this taco bell enough in the afternoon or at night and im so used to this that I will drive to the one in bend and be back before my order is done.
But recently now im experiences quality issues now every time I visit.
I spent $40 + bucks on this last order that was ment for me my husband and my daughter and I couldn't belive with my eyes what they tried to serve me when my husband got home with the meal.
Burnt, dried COLD chicken
All 3 not edible and a waste of money.
It honestly makes me sick to think that I wasted my money at a fast food restaurant when I just wanted a cooking break but I would have SAVED MONEY and FED MY FAMILY if I went somewhere else or just cooked.
Thanks taco bell, you are starting to lose me as a life long customer.

Its taco bell, so this rating is based off of other taco bells, not overall restaurants. Friendly efficient workers. But here's the important part. 1 Cantina chicken quesadilla, uncut. 2 Doritos tacos locos supreme. Open up the quesadilla, put your tacos inside it, pour on fire sauce and their creamy Chipotle sauce. Thank me later.

Their employees are overwhelmed. There aren't enough of them for how busy Redmond gets. As a DoorDasher, it's frustrating to wait longer than those in the drive-thru. They also don't come to take orders at the register. You practically have to shout to get assistance when they're swamped. I get that they're busy, but they could still come over to take orders and inform customers that their orders will take a bit longer. At the very least, they should greet customers and say, 'I'll be right with you.' That would be really beneficial. A significant portion of their business comes from DoorDash, and to keep those orders flowing, it's important to prioritize them just like any other customer.

I came in tonight just to stand there for 30 minute n be ignored by staff no “I’ll be with u in a second” no nothing what so ever, even tho the guy had walked up several times and had talked to everyone around us. Along with that there was random pieces of lettuce and cheese in my food that was not supposed to be there due to cross contamination.

Fast orders and great staff. Food is always hot and soft drink dispenser is always filled ice as well. Facilities are clean and restrooms smell clean.

Food was terrible added extra beef to nachos and didn't receive it next time I will go to Arby's they got the meat
