There Drive through management is terrible. They take on more orders than they can handle or manage late-night and can expect at least 45-60 min wait time.

Went to redmond oreg taco bell,ordered 3 crisp tacothey were so greasy there was grease in bottom of bag and shells were soaked so bad they fell apart,nasty, won' t go back

45 mins wait for an order is ridiculous. They seriously need double the staff. Poor mismanaged and the absolute worse in oregon. This location ruins the Taco Bell name.

First off, I totally respect our service workers in our little town. It's a job I did when I was younger and so I have patience and understanding and fully understand that fast food places aren't Michelin star restaurants. Often, it's teenagers working the shifts.
With that said, I've heard so many people in Redmond talk about how comically slow the Taco Bell is in town and I wanted to really see if this is true.
My family was out of town tonight so I decided to go to said Taco Bell. Just for fun, I pulled out my phone and set the timer as soon as I pulled into the drive-thru to test to see if it's as slow as everyone claims. There were 5 cars in front of me. From the time I started the stop watch to the time I arrived at the window, it was 45 MINUTES. Only 5 cars in a drive thru. 45 MINUTES! By the time I got to the window, I was so frustrated knowing that it would probably be another 15 minutes until I actually got the food that I didn't even stop at the window. I ended up just going to Chipotle that took me all but 5 minutes to get my food between the time I walked through the doors to walking back to my car.
Taco Bell Inc. - if you're perhaps reading this review, you've got to do something about this. Come on, send out a rep and get things straightened out there. Again, I know it's only a fast food restaurant but read the reviews and be proactive. We're not a large town with tons of options. If you can't find the workers, shut the place down and let a different fast food take over the building. It's absolutely bizarre how bad it is.

Easily the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Consistently insanely long wait times regardless of inside or drive thru. 45 minutes wait time is COMMON.
Regularly missing items or improperly prepared items.
Lobby regularly closed due to inability to properly staff, and even if its open you order on a kiosk with card or pray one of the underpaid employees decides to offer to ring you up.
It has been this way for years. I have to assume the management team or franchisee is absolutely incompetent and wages are under reasonable expectations.
The only way I could hold a lower opinion of this location is if they served me moldy food.

Did a doordash order from here, they didn't give out over half the order, and it was left out on a cold counter for about 15 minutes while I was waiting in the long line. I can understand some issues, but this was bad. Additionally, the line took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Taco Bell managers, please staff your locations properly. Pay your employees more if you must.
