The special salmon tacos were delicious!! I got two and then came back for more. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the presentation was beautiful. Food was ready shortly after I’d ordered. The food truck garden where they’re located was a pleasant place to eat even though I visited in mid December.

My family and I love this food truck!! By far the best Mexican food I’ve had in Central Oregon. I would recommend El Poblanito to everyone!! My favorite items are the burritos and menudo. I haven’t had good menudo since living in California and they definitely do it right. Not only is the food amazing the owners and staff are so sweet. We will definitely be there regularly!

Just went for the first time to this food truck at the 1/8th Street Patio in Redmond. Absolutely fantastic burritos - wow! Such high quality meat, flavorful peppers, really fresh. Amazing for the price, and huge! Half for dinner and will enjoy the other half tomorrow! Excellent sauces too.
