They got the recipe for it all?

Incredibly rude employees and owners that don't care. We were told to come back to order 10 mins later after waiting in line so they could catch up, within mins they started taking other orders anyways. When trying to confront them about losing our place in line, Charles didn't want to listen to what we had to say. He raised his voice as he dismissed taking 15 seconds to listen to what happened. We tried to reach out to the owners and they also ignored us. After 4 years of visiting this truck we definitely won't return, and encourage others to spend their money elsewhere

This is a great food truck! We go to one at the Blacksmith Public House. Always friendly and is open every time we show up. The tri-tip is good, but I love their chicken pesto "philly".

I had the Filly Philly*Delicious food (very hot and fresh) decent pricing, and the area is great for sitting outside and enjoying a meal in the sunshine. The representative was nice and prompt. Glad we stopped by.

Finally tried this place and loved it. The owner obviously cares about what he is putting on the table and it really shows. Highly recommend. Had a sando, my wife had the chopped salad and some delicious drinks. At first a bit put off by the location in a mall but the experience was great. Go try it!!

This place and that/those guy(s)! OMG! Stupid Burger is genius and those fries are perfection from a simple potato! Yummy cocktails and service was exceptional. Love everything about this little place. Go there, you will be so glad you did. Thank you Anthony and Brennan, we will be back!

I visited the food truck outside of Van Henion Brewing and bumped into Scott in the taproom and chatted him up enough to want to try out some food. He let me try a cordon bleu wrap invention that was phenomenal! I would have definitely tried more if I wasn’t summoned somewhere else at the time. Can’t wait to return or try the brick and mortar location near my house in SE Bend. Hope the smoke gets better for you Scott!

We've been here twice and have been blown away every time on how good it is! We plan on trying everything on the menu eventually. The staff are super nice too.Why is there not a line out the door??Located on the south side of Bend, a small place next to Albertsons. Google maps tried leading us astray. Anyway super great place!

Our friends recommended trying the Blacksmith Public House for beers (Black Bute Porter, nice!) and having a bite to eat at one of the food trucks( 6 of them). 3 of us settled on trying That Guy's Bistro. Their food theme is Philly-style sandwiches on pita bread. We ordered a Veggie Filly, a Grilled Chicken Filly, a Philly Filly, and 2 sides of Fries. Our consense was unanimous. The food was very good. Looking forward to trying other menu items on our next visit.

We love this truck. Great service and the best fries in town. My grandsons absolutely favorite spot when he comes to visit. Loves the cheeseburgers and he does share some fries with me!
