One of the very few restaurants in the U.S. that truly serves authentic Mexican food with real Mexican flavor. You can taste the love and tradition in every dish. It’s family-owned and operated, and everyone there is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
The food is absolutely to die for. The octopus tacos… just writing about them makes my mouth water. Perfect flavor, perfectly cooked, and unforgettable.
And the drinks? Let me tell you — you know how at many restaurants you order an alcoholic drink and it tastes like flavored water with barely any alcohol? Well, not here. Here they actually SERVE your drink. One is enough to have you feeling good!
Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing people. 1000% recommended!

Shrimp Ceviche is very tasty but, for me, the carnitas are pretty inconsistent. Some days they are tender and delicious but sometimes quite a bit drier.

It does get a bit loud inside.

I have always loved Madaline's, but this place took flavor to a whole new level. My 6 year old got chicken and fries, which is usually gross at Mexican restaurants, but this place has really good chicken and fries 👌 Better than any of the American food restaurants around town.

But this is not about chicken and fries. Let's talk about the TROMPITO AL PASTOR. When we walked in, we saw this meat stacked on a vertical spit and watched them light it on fire, so we already decided that is what we wanted without knowing what it was because it looked so good. OH MY GOSHHHHH it was beyond amazing. Worth every dollar. And when it says it feeds 2-3 people, they're not kidding. I was so full, but could not stop eating it because of how good it was. You could taste so many different flavors, absolutely mouthwatering. This is by far my new favorite place to eat in Redmond.

Xalisco Latín cuisine is a small gem tucked away near the highway. Wish I could eat more to try a bit of everything. I would definitely stop by here again.
