I have read other reviews on this restaurant and I have to disagree with a few things. Yes the food is just okay for me and my wife it was nothing to write home about and this place gets big reviews and from the locals as well. The food was way overpriced and the portions were extremely small now I wished I had taken pictures. I had the osco Bosco and I'm sure I am saying it wrong but it's the porch shank that they only serve on the weekends. I have had that meal other places and there's at this restaurant comes in last place it was just okay and the portion was fair size. My wife had the seafood chili relleno The portion was very small and very high priced. I tried the dish and it was okay but again not five star cuisine. The last thing I would like to mention is our server wore black gloves that had food all over them he was touching dirty plates along with touching customers clean plates coming from where they prepare the food that is cross-contamination and the restaurant needs to know this needs to be changed My recommendation is not to wear the black gloves in the front of the house after you touch a dirty dish go wash your hands before you touch a clean dish. To be quite honest I would probably never come back it was not that great of an experience.

We drive through Redmond and Bend all the time and can never decide which town to eat in… until we discovered Xalisco in Redmond. We’ve been to Mexico a few times, and I even used to manage a nationally renowned Mexican restaurant… nothing compares to the authentic and delicious flavors they’re pumping out of this unassuming kitchen!2 dishes we would recommend: Seafood Relleno’s and the Pulpo!Bomb cocktail menu.Nicest servers. Jorge and Antonio are our favorites. Great suggestions. Heavy pours. Best attitudes.Don’t even gawk at some of the prices. They’re charging for authenticity in flavor and superiority in ingredients.10/10 would recommend

Though they have some of the best street tacos in town ,my only problem is the price. Way to expensive for what you get.

Cute little restaurant with delicious food! We got the grilled octopus, octopus tacos, and shrimp tacos; all of it was so good. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. Would definitely go back.
Hands down the best Carne asada I have ever had. The guacamole was perfect! Salsa was very flavorful. The tortillas were excellent! We were provided with OK service. We had everything we needed, but the waiter was not very personable. We would still eat here again... in fact, this is my new stopping place when traveling to visit my in-laws.

Simple, clean 10-12 table restaurant with great food right off 97 on the road to Redmond airport. I ended up here because the flight I was picking up friends from got diverted due to fog. I decided to grab a bite and wait it out for a bit here and was very glad I did. They have reasonably good hours as well as a lot of places in Redmond seem to close at 8pm and they closed this weekday night day at 9pm. I'll be back.
Food was delicious!
