The menu was a good variety of Classic American fare. Many items claimed Made in House, like hand cut fries, fresh made milkshakes with "extra" in the classic metal mixing cup, etc. Good sized portions at a fair price. Good flavor. They weren't very busy in the main dining room, but service was slow. We would go back when in the area.

This place is just a down-home restaurant with solid food. I haven't found the dish that knocks my socks off yet, but leave me a note with your favorite.So far, for breakfast, the chicken fried chicken is my fave, but I'm for the meal that knocks my sock off.Servers are kind, but nobody is really in a rush.
