Cannot say enough good things about this place. The food was so delicious we loved everything that came to the table. Everything had distinct flavors, was perfectly cooked, great textures. We had crab ragoons, potstickers, drunken noodles, red curry, and chicken laab to eat, thai lemonade and thai tea to drink. Quiet inside, and the a/c was on during a hot day. The service was lovely, they checked in and were so sweet.

I was skeptical when I saw the perfect score, but when I walked into the restaurant it was very pleasant. The woman working at the front was incredibly kind, welcoming, and sweet.
The first bite I took of the pad see ew was euphoric. It is one of the best pad see ews I have ever had and trust me I’ve had A LOT of them. It is certainly tied for the #1 pad see ew I have ever had. I wish I lived near here so I could have this every week. Bravo to the owner

Had lunch with my development team here. I ordered the Spicy Udon (heat lvl 4). It was so good! Spice level was on point. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Come here for an authentic Thai food experience. Definitely a standout in Rogue River! Can't wait to try more from the menu! 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So for context, I've been to Thailand, worked in hospitality most of my life and have eaten Thai food in places like New York and Los Angeles. This place deserves everyone of those 5 stars and more. The service is very attentive, polite and welcoming, the dining area has limited space but there's also patio seating to accommodate if you have a party of 6 or more. The food... What can I say this is one of those places where you will eat even if you're full. Have you ever tasted food so good that your taste buds tell your full stomach to shut up and take it? No? Chatch is the place for that experience.
I ordered an entree and ordered another, I wasn't even hungry, I just wanted to taste again what I had just finished eating, I usually share my food with whoever wants to try a bite, not here, MINE! Grrr, get your own. The Green Curry is one of the best I've ever had, it was 105° and I ordered a spicy hot bowl of curry, the place could be in fire and I would suffer the burns until my plate or bowl was clean. If you're still reading at this point WHY!!?? You should be driving to Rogue River and ordering anything but my green curry, it's MINE and I don't wanna share.
Everything else is amazing too, between me and my dinner guest we had 4 plates of food and left no crumbs, I should have ordered more to go, because here I am taking about it and still full I want more.
Stop reading and just go get some, don't like Thai food? GROW UP! Try something new, it's delicious, if you don't like it you should probably see somebody about that broken mouth of yours. It's Devine, if aliens landed and demanded a fine meal or the earth would be destroyed, I would trust Chatch with the fate of the world.
Why are you still here? Go, get, they close at 8:00 get moving life is to short for boring food, live a little, get some flavor in your life and stay away from my green curry. 😆

Absolutely one of the best Thai restaurants I have ever been to. From Chicago, NYC, Seattle and Portland, this place is just top notch. High quality ingredients, always fresh vegetables and meats, delicious flavors, I could go on and on. Additionally, the owners are absolutely wonderful people and make any dining experience that much better. Couldn’t recommend Chatch Thai any higher!
