Paisano's Italian Kitchen

Food was decent service was slow took almost an hr to get our food. So food was not worth the wait. Recommend going to a different restaurant if your hungry.

Food was excellent and the portions are large ( we took enough home that is was a complete dinner the next night for all of us). There is both outside and inside seating. One orders at the counter and the wait staff brings the food. It was busy but we had our food within 10 minutes. There is a basic wine selection . Our server was friendly and attentive.

I am originally from Northern NJ. I also worked in the Restaurant Industry as Chef and Manager in MYC and Long Island where Italian cuisine is very prevalent. I have been traveling all over the USA over the last 4 years and had yet to find an authentic Italian restaurant with all due respect to the fine eateries I visited. That is until I discovered Paisano's. I went there on New Years day 2025 and again for my birthday 🎂. It has the authentic atmosphere and tastes of New York Italian cuisine. I highly recommend it.

Chicken Alfredo was too salty, the sauce seemed to be sitting there for who knows how long. Seems a bit overpriced for this quality.

Blah blah blah so inconsistent like the rest of this blah blah tri town area. Half ass with everything - and the staff super intelligent blow it out of the park. This is Chicago talking to ya, blah, and the pizza next door blah - Lou malnatie ships straight to your house - so worth it.

Tiny little place that’s big on flavor! Enjoyed a lovely Valentine’s dinner, place was packed literally. Will definitely enjoy another dinner here again.

Six friends met here for dinner for the first time. It is a very small space so kind of tight in there & very casual but we were comfortable. We were all quite satisfied with our meals. The portions are generous, too. We had tiramasu & chocolate cake for desert & they were excellent. The house white wine was great & they have beer as well. Quite enjoyable!

They are THE BEST Italian restaurant anywhere in the area!! Owners and all employees are wonderful and very hospitable.

You get a lot of delicious food. Hubby had fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and I had antipasto salad. It is cafe style. Very relaxed. They also have yummy pastry.

Everyone was super nice & the food was fantastic! If you live in Medford/Central Point, it’s a short drive up I-5 to Rogue River’s cute downtown area, & totally worth it. Highly recommend the eggplant Parmesan & chocolate gooey cake, chef’s kiss.
