You get more bread than anything, they’re very stingy with toppings.

I'm a local I live in rogue River I often come to Subway on main Street there today I came and a guy had a truck and trailer park in all three of the spots illegally parked in front of the store I confronted the guy and told him he was being rude and he could have parked around the corner by the U-Hauls the ship manager Julia think is her name got after me after I told the guy he was being a rude a******she called me a rude a****** also I stood there for a couple minutes quietly and when the man went up to pay for his meal he said he was going to drop me if he was in his twenties still I laughed and said is that really how you're going to act in front of the children and then Julie told me she I had to leave the guy was illegally parked had they not allowed that none of that's what happened. I don't understand how somebody can break the law and if somebody confronts them about it the workers take his side it seems it's a little twisted and backwards I will never go back in that store again and nor will my household. The man was breaking the law and the people working there condoned it defended him and told me I can leave.

I ordered two sandwiches and a churro online for my sons. Both sandwiches were easy and clear with one only needing mayo, cheese and turkey however, after we picked it up we noticed this simple order was incorrect and was sold to us without cheese. In addition, the churro had practically no flavor so it was a waste of money.

Manager is lazy and incompetent, makes her minimum wage employees do her job for her while she makes passive income off them.
Try a local place instead of supporting this anti-worker behavior.
Have you ever watched zootopia? You know the sloths at the dmv? These employees live by that atmosphere..it took me over 30 min to get my sandwich and there was only 1 guy before me..the were rude, unfriendly and slow. While standing there over 5 people left. Not a single smile or even acknowledge the guests!! Just pathetic

I stopped at this subway for a 6" sandwich,The bread was stale; I didn't realise it until I got home to Medford. Bummer.The servers name was Sandiago.

I'm not crazy about subway but my friend is. I usually get the meatball 6 inch which is good. The chocolate chip cookies are good also.
Parking: You can park on the street in front of the restaurant or there is a small parking lot directly across the street behind the trees.

This place needs new management or employees, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong store immediately called the store back to back 15 times straight to try and cancel them making it and switch it to a different store. Nothing no voicemail no answers. Your a business get your act together. Every business should answer their phone, even to say can you please hold. If your wondering this isn’t just a bad day this is multiple times I have tried to call this number on several occasions and nothing. It’s simple things that keep business going and I will never order from here again. Your a small town and has be ample time to have some customer service. Get this sale fine you will never get another.

Yeah, I won't be back here again. Not sure if they didn't like my 15% tip for takeout or they're limited on what they can add. Slight mixup with the meats on the other sandwiches as well but the amount of meat in this bowl that I doubled and added capicola is what got me. Almost started to head back when I got home thinking they forgot the meat entirely.I suggest finding another place to eat in the area because of my bad experience! (Partly sarcastic, partly not ?)I'm bitter about it. If you want a sub, go for it because it's still good but don't expect to get what you pay for.That's 3.34 oz of meat. $3 double, $3 for capicola on top of what should have already been in there. What is that, over $30/lb for some deli meat? Hard pass.

My husband ordered me a club salad. Only one kid working, he said he didn't know how to make the salads. He piled a bunch of veggies on very little lettuce, added ham, turkey and salami (not roast beef), whole slices of cheese and then dumped too much dressing on the top of it all. The soda machine wasn't working...again. Next time I want Subway I'm driving to Grants Pass.

Food is decent - standard quality, consistent proportions and tidy. The store is also clean and openly arranged. Parking isn't great, but that's a city problem. I can usually find a spot around the corner. The service is okay, just tends to be slow. They often only have two behind the counter so one always trades between the register and the food line. Once, I caught an employee forget to change gloves after handling cash and who proceeded to grab a loaf and almost handle meats before I stopped them. The employee made an exasperated tone but did as I asked. Other customers witnessed this. All in all though, I still eat here on occasion. Just be mindful. Subway is Subway.
