I will go out of my way to state that our subs were all delicious. The dining area was clean. I'm writing this review, hopefully, so that the owner gets a figurative slap upside the head for the culture that's been created in the Rogue River store.When we arrived we were welcomed by a single employee. Two customers were ahead of me. This was just as the AFC Championship game was completing. When we placed our orders (2 Italians and 1 Meatball) I asked "Where's your help?" She replied her partner wasn't feeling well and went home. I've managed restaurants and sub shops and I guarantee it's neither safe nor professional to have a single young employee running the front and back of the store. I asked her if she'd called the manager or owner. She said he lived in Cave Junction. I looked right at her and said "So? Call him!"What sort of culture exist that an employe is not comfortable calling in the Calvary?Food = good. Safety = Hazardous!

I'm not crazy about subway but my friend is. I usually get the meatball 6 inch which is good. The chocolate chip cookies are good also.Parking: You can park on the street in front of the restaurant or there is a small parking lot directly across the street behind the trees.

This place needs new management or employees, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong store immediately called the store back to back 15 times straight to try and cancel them making it and switch it to a different store. Nothing no voicemail no answers. Your a business get your act together. Every business should answer their phone, even to say can you please hold. If your wondering this isn’t just a bad day this is multiple times I have tried to call this number on several occasions and nothing. It’s simple things that keep business going and I will never order from here again. Your a small town and has be ample time to have some customer service. Get this sale fine you will never get another.

Yeah, I won't be back here again. Not sure if they didn't like my 15% tip for takeout or they're limited on what they can add. Slight mixup with the meats on the other sandwiches as well but the amount of meat in this bowl that I doubled and added capicola is what got me. Almost started to head back when I got home thinking they forgot the meat entirely.I suggest finding another place to eat in the area because of my bad experience! (Partly sarcastic, partly not ?)I'm bitter about it. If you want a sub, go for it because it's still good but don't expect to get what you pay for.That's 3.34 oz of meat. $3 double, $3 for capicola on top of what should have already been in there. What is that, over $30/lb for some deli meat? Hard pass.

My husband ordered me a club salad. Only one kid working, he said he didn't know how to make the salads. He piled a bunch of veggies on very little lettuce, added ham, turkey and salami (not roast beef), whole slices of cheese and then dumped too much dressing on the top of it all. The soda machine wasn't working...again. Next time I want Subway I'm driving to Grants Pass.

Food is decent - standard quality, consistent proportions and tidy. The store is also clean and openly arranged. Parking isn't great, but that's a city problem. I can usually find a spot around the corner. The service is okay, just tends to be slow. They often only have two behind the counter so one always trades between the register and the food line. Once, I caught an employee forget to change gloves after handling cash and who proceeded to grab a loaf and almost handle meats before I stopped them. The employee made an exasperated tone but did as I asked. Other customers witnessed this. All in all though, I still eat here on occasion. Just be mindful. Subway is Subway.

Last chance for subway. Too many fresh competitors. It was 11:30. Stopped in to try the new fresh sliced options. Nothing was freshly sliced. Sliced meats in their semi cool deli cups as usual. Bread was stale and HARD. The restaurant was clean... that is what warranted the ONE STAR. Will drive out of our way for Jersey Mikes or Firehouse subs. More to Add??? Yes, but heading down the road for a better option.

First you create a monster (Jered), then you put weird foam plastic in your bread dough to make it fluffy. I don't care if you changed your recipe, after a dog bites once it can't be trusted.

The place seems very well run. I managed to knock a display off the counter and they were very gracious about it. The store is spotless and in spite of making a big mess I had a nice lunch.
