We came here to Roseburg Applebee's a couple months ago for our dads birthday and the service was so bad we had our meal comped. 1st time coming back and we had to yell at a server walking by after 10 minutes of being seated for service. Not coming back EVER AGAIN.

We have been eating at the Roseburg Applebees for about 10 years. Everyone who works there is top shelf to us. The manager, Joe is always making sure we are taken care of. The food is excellant and so is the service and atmosphere.

While the parking and the servers are very nice, the LONG WAIT is at an unacceptable level. The times visited, all three from entry to getting food was an hour. Once we had to get our order packed to go. Half of this is waiting to be seated, the half is waiting for the food. Clearly there is a staffing issue and it needs to be addressed. Let me know when your roster is back to standards and I'll return. (Bar seating was not an option as I had my children with me)

This place has a great menu! Too bad they don't adhere to it for delivery orders. Got stiffed on Beer Cheese and mustard on the Pretzel appetizer. Ordered again, and called twice, and still got only Alfredo sauce in place of Beer Cheese and, again, no mustard. This place might be great for dining in but delivery is not recommended as they clearly aren't paying attention in that department.

Had dinner 11/19/24 it was the worst food and service I have ever had. The food was atrocious, I guess they don’t know there’s cheese in macaroni and cheese. The service was terrible! It took 45 minutes to get food to table, had to ask for silverware several times. Never asked if I wanted a refill, never came back to the table at all. I will not be going here ever again! Food and service both awful!

Food was awful, cold and not even correct according to the menu. Service was the worst Ive had in a long time, rude and careless. Bad enough to not come back here. Management should be aware.
