It's an Applebee's, came for a quick bite and wasn't disappointed.

What a crap show of a cuatomwr service they offer. Waited 10 min at door to be told they will seat us in a few mins and half the restaurant is empty. Waiter is friendly but hotels and manger are rude and ignor you as you walk in.

We came in at the end of a large rush. It took some time for our drinks and appetizers, but our main corse was pretty quick. Our server was great even though she was running ragged with the other 15 tables she had that night (seriously understaffed). We will be going back soon!

Maybe we just came at the wrong time, like during operating hours, but the food was horrible and service was sloooooooooooooooooooooooow. The floor manager had time to chat with people they seemed to know, but we watched three groups wak out before being seated due to lack of service and one table leave before getting food due to inappropriate waits.

I don't think there is much to say. But literally strange greasy overcooked skillet dishes. cold mashed potatoes. Overcooked squash medley. More bad experiences. The only bonus is that they are open late, with easy access from I5. I do recommend one menu item. The wonton tacos are outstanding.

Our waiter was well versed on the menu and was able to offer numerous suggestions whether it was either a food or beverage item when the choices got competitive. I can say our family was grateful to have George (Jorge) as our waiter. Undoubtedly, we will be back!

It was very busy but it wasn’t too bad the hosts at the door the guy and girl(I think there names were something like Jayde and Alisha) were very welcoming and it didn’t take them long to get us sat at all they communicated with us and It was nice walking in and being greeted with smiling faces. You could really tell they cared about the people that came through that door. We also had George as our server and he was also excellent….

I don’t understand… this is a corporate restaurant and I have watched this Roseburg location fail time and time again. I travel for work and often stay at the hotel next door to this location so it is easy and convenient to visit. It is like I get brain damage and forget that the service here is atrocious. I only write this now because I will never be back to Roseburg… well… at least I will never be back to this Applebees even if I find myself back in Roseburg. I believe I have been here about six times in the last six months. I’ve needed to ask for silverware about five out of the six times. I’ve been told that I cannot order more than three alcoholic beverages (even if I stay at the hotel that shares the parking lot), except that all depends on the bartender.

One time, I came in later and the place was pretty dead. I ordered an Oktoberfest that came out a Wiess because they never cleared the beer line. This same visit, I waited extremely long for my food. At least 30 minutes but I think it was longer… I was distracted with a project. When I finally mentioned it, the bartender went to look and mentioned that they were going to remake it because it sat in the window too long. At the twenty minute mark, I got up and left.

Amber the manager does not seem to know her job very well. Her customer service skills lack significantly. The bartender Talia is fine, not awesome, but decent.

The saving grace at this location is the bartender Gabrielle. Consistent, friendly, and engaging. She can make the experience memorable.

Ultimately… if you can go somewhere else, do that. In this day and age, you shouldn't have to beg for Applebee’s.
