I ordered drive through the food was excellent, and hot ! Such friendly service and at 3am the cashier had a big smile and made sure I had everything I needed! I'll be going back for more sliders beef and cheddar are favorite with Bronco berry sauce 😋!

Me and my family are there today at 1pm, our cashier Keira was great but our issue today was that the cook was verbally abusing her and insulting her loud enough to be heard in the lobby by several customers and was disturbing to the atmosphere and the cashier. Keira handle it professionally and we assume the manager was there wearing a grey jacket and did nothing to mitigate the situation. We feel that the manager should have handled the situation forthwith instead of antagonizing the situation as we witnessed it.

After seeing a commercial for Arby's we decided that sounded great. We do not have one in our town, but is one next town. Not much of a drive, but did our due diligence and confirmed hours of operation from there website before making the trek. When we arrived to the drive through there were a couple cars a head of us backing out of drive up. We then pulled up and were told that they were in middle of shift change and would be 30 minutes before they could offer service. Very disappointing that they need 30 minutes to change shifts!! Also should note this is a truck stop and is very busy. Can't even imagine how much these 30 min shift changes cost them. Will not be returning.

I want to thank Kiera for her outstanding customer service. Kiera went out of her way to make sure my turnovers were ready for me. I called ahead to order them because they are so good they never have enough ready. I like to order 6 at a time. She was very kind to me and I left very happy. Thank you Kiera.
Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes before we went inside there was no one inlline and no one waiting on food. Tables were all dirty.

It's one of my favorite stops when I'm commuting the I-5 South to Hwy 42. This establishment is always clean and has courteous employees. My favorite meal is the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich with curly fries. Mmmm!
Parking: As you pull in the entrance, you can find plenty of parking to the southwest side.

Went through the drive thru late one night. It was great. The food was right and hot and the young lady at the window (Loki) was extremely nice and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 experience

Wish we had more Arby’s back home- there’s one and the service is so bad I don’t know how they’re still open for business.
