Was rude and interrupted meny times there app lied they did not remember the put a berger in and my other berger was hard and stiff and was stale and they didn't give all of the sauces that I asked for and the food was over priced but over all was terrible will not eat here ever again

Potato cakes were like warm, definitely had been sitting for a while. Asked an employee a question and got attitude like how dare I bother her and she answered with no I don't know and a lame excuse why and got pissy with me when I said enough it's fine a no is no you don't need to beat a dead horse and keep going on about why it's no. She is lucky my granddaughter was with or I would have given her a taste of bad attitude right back at her. Normally Arby's is okay, food decent and service good but not this time.
