I always stop here when traveling through. The food is always fresh and tasty. The wait is usually about ten minutes, but for good food, I don't mind. Everyone is always super nice and courteous.The 2 for $6 is unbeatable for a quick meal!

I did a drive thru order and when they saw I had my dogs with me they gave me 2 puppy snack ( a dollop of softserve with a little bit of Bacon ) I had no idea you had them and you made my dogs very Happy Thanks you.

When your delivery driver dropped off my food, he was very very rude stating that I better enjoy my Burger since they came all the way from Winston just to bring it. Even though I live 10 minutes from there.You should have seen his face when he dropped my foot off like I was a total inconvenience out of his day. You need to find a different driver because the customers will not put up with rude inconsiderate and not caring people especially when it comes to your business. And also my burger wasn't even correct. The order was all wrong. Not impressed and very upset woth the whole thing. Shame on you!

When I arrived, ALL the employees were on their phone and didn't realize I was standing at the counter until I said, "Excuse me." I ordered a #1 combo with tots and root beer. Soda was only filled halfway. So I got a "refill" just to get my full drink.When I sat down to enjoy my dinner this heavy set kid with glasses told me the lobby was closed because he "only had 20 MINUTES to mop the floor and the chairs were already up" and that I couldn't sit down to eat. He prceded to get in my space and mop around my feet. Kid was seriously power tripping. What a joke.This was all at 6:40pm on a FRIDAY! I like A&W becuase it's the only one for miles around and try to get it when I'm in town (I eat here about once a week) but I WILL NOT be coming back or recommending anyone eat there that I know. Food was good though service is horrible EVERYTIME I go here.

Great place to get the natural draft A&W root beer. Food was made hot and fresh. There is a drive thru but we went into the Chevron. There were a few tables to sit and eat.

This A&W is always super slow. Went through drive thru and ended up having to call the store after sitting waiting over 10mins to get someone to finally take my order and it wasnt even busy. Been here many times and everytime I go I have to turn my car off because the wait time is ridiculous. It's so bad that most the time I'll just choose not so good food from Mc Donald's over them means they are across the way but still has faster service even if there's like 9 or more ppl in front of me compared to a&w when there's either one or none before me.
