Caught them right at opening. Had a very convincing eggs Benedict. Coffee was awesome as was the staff. Going back.

We had a late dinner tonight at Blac-N-Bleu Bistro in Roseburg and it was such a great experience. The restaurant is locally owned and has a warm, welcoming feel. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the cheeseburger soup with house salad and garlic bread, and the pesto chicken sandwich with house salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. Kerrie provided fantastic service and really made the evening special. We left happy and definitely plan to return. Thank you, Kerrie!

Our breakfast was delicious. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly. After ordering, we waited a reasonable amount of time, just like anywhere else. Everything was good. The most delicious was the ham and toast with butter. Yummy!
I saw that they were kind to a family who arrived with a child. They gave the child a book of shapes for colors. I loved it!
I also saw delicious dishes and drinks being passed around from customers at other tables.
Conclusion: It was worth going to this place for breakfast!

Like a bar for breakfast serving size huge! I always eat it all only got through half and needed a to go box. Funny waitress! Jensen was awesome!

Not only is the food amazing, the customer service is extraordinary! Morgan, our waitress was absolutely wonderful and attentive the entire time. Mind you we had 12 people, she was able to keep the chaos down and the tentativeness up. We will definitely be coming to see her and all of staff again!

We had an awesome meal! Morgan, our waitress was wonderful! She was very sweet, attentive and personable. We met the owner, Todd Cohens(sp?). Great guy! Had a great conversation and visit.

I had a fiesta chicken salad. It wasn't bad, but I make better at home. The chicken was bland and the black beans were out of the can. The blue corn tortillas were a nice touch, but not enough to elevate the meal above okay. Bottom line, based on that meal would I ever go there again, no.

It was busy however our waiter was not very attentive. Had to go fill own coffee cup refill. Asked another server for silverware. Never came and checked on us! The food was great!!
For this reason I do NOT believe tips are a requirement.
