I used the drive-thru so no rating for the indoor experience. However, my drive-thru experience was stellar. The worker was pleasant and did not seem hurried when I said that I'd never been to a Carl's Jr. before. She said to take my time and to let her know if I had any questions.I ordered the 3 piece hand breaded chicken tenders with fries, and a diet soda. I even got napkins and sauces without having to ask. (Unlike their Mc Competitor. Imagine, 2 whole sauces AND napkins?! Mc could never.)The price was right too, about $10.80. Better food and service for the same price. Sign me up!

food was okay, it didn't taste bad at all, but the service was very shitty. arrived and wait time wasn't too long, we sat down and the server messed up one of our drink orders, then gave us a different tables food, we gave the food to the right people, and asked why they gave us the wrong order, the cashier said that her coworker gave her the wrong tray, but our food wasn't even done yet. so she lied. now i'm not saying it was their fault, might have been an off day, so i'm not gonna completely blame them, but still wasn't a good experience. ambiance was okay, not dirty, good music, and not cold inside.

My husband and I hardly ever eat inside any restaurant anymore. We decided to eat in tonight and I am super glad we did. During Lent they offer a fish sandwich that is to die for. I wished they carried this sandwich year around.. The service was outstanding! Right up there with a full service restaurant. Everyone and I mean everyone smiled, said hello, asked if we needed anything else twice. The place was so clean you could have ate off the floor...Thank you so much for going the extra mile, it showed and it definitely was appreciated. Even the young man on break who sat behind us thanked us and said to have a good night. Keep up the good work!
