I eat here on the regular and they were having a deal on sides so I tried the deep fried zucchini. My mom used to make fried zucchini growing up so I was thinking it'd be really good. I was wrong. Imagine, if you will, that someone figured out how to batter and deep fry water. That's what it was like. You bite into a light crispy batter into a slimy disc of warm water. No flavor. The oddest sensation. At least it was half price.

I love Carl's Jr, I grew up on it and it's still amazing. When I go in with my kids they treat my kids like their own. I went in after a doctors appointment with my daughter last week and the cashier treated my daughter like she was her own child and the food was amazing but of course my daughter was more excited over the cookie like most kids haha. I went in after work tonight around 11:30 pm 10/4 and Arielle in drive thru was fricking amazing and of course the fried zucchini tasted better than normal. Keep up the good work and if you wanna give me a case of fried zucchini I won't argue lol

Came here about 6 yrs ago, & it was horrible filthy, people were rude, & couldn't eat the food. I had to spend napkins over the table because it was so sticky, there were no clean tables at all. Sadly threw my food away, & promised I'd never come back. I found out there's a new mgr that turned ot around, & by golly they did. Employees ate happy & friendly, food was delicious, & the whole place was clean. Definitely would recommend

I went in to buy two chocolate shakes for my wife and I after I got off work. $4.99 each and the cup was only 3/4 full. I asked the gal: "$5.00 each and they are only 3/4 full, her response was: "that is all I am allowed to put in the cup. Sorry". Guess the short-term profit is more inportant than a long-term customer to Carl's. I was extremely disappointed, when I handed my wife her shake, she asked why I drank part of her shake. I had to explain to her how stingy Carl's was with their portions. There are too many other options here in Roseburg to worry about ever going back to Carl's again. Enjoy the last $10.00 you got from me, that will be the last you get. I have photos of the product when I got home to post, but only if requested. I may post later and add to the post. Would recommend NOT going here if you want a good quantity for you hard earned money.

We ordered and ate inside the restaurant... big mistake. We were waiting at least five minutes before being acknowledged. After the employee took my order (there was two of us), she walked away without taking my boyfriend's order. We had to call her back to order his. While waiting for our orders, we needed the restroom code and was ignored by several employees at the counter. After we received our food, the contractor working on the facility under the counter by the registers, starting using a really loud hammer type drill and shopvac. It was so loud and disruptive that we ended up not finishing all of our food and left. You could feel the impact of the drilling. That couldn't have been sanitary that close to the food prep and where the customers were eating.
