The service was very nice, but this was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. You could taste the old grease in the food. Sorry, but you need to improve the quality of food.

Christmas of 2022, we went to a different place that had very high ratings as well as personal recommendations. It was a mistake. Last Christmas, we came here instead. When we had a family emergency a couple of months later, and once again gathered from California and Texas, we chose Chen's again, got the same outstanding server, and had the wonderful food again!

Food is always good. The sighn at your register is very misleading, people think that if they pay cash, they will get 5% off their bill, when in fact, the whole table has to pay in cash. & having to pay 2$ extra for a substitution at lunch is kinda steep.

Old-school Chinese restaurant with decent food, efficient (if not excessively friendly) service, a clean interior, and large portions. (My definition of old-school Chinese relates to the East Coast Chinese food I had growing up, with Pu Pu platters and Moo Goo Gai Pan on the menu. In fact, I use the latter as a telltale -- and this place does indeed have it on the menu.) Food-wise, I had the Wor Won Ton Soup which was good. Only after ordering did I notice the only difference on the menu between Wor Won Ton Soup and Won Ton Soup was the addition of noodles. Usually, "Wor" simply translates as "more stuff" in the soup -- and not necessarily the addition of noodles, so I'd ask next time about the difference. There was definitely was plenty of stuff in the soup. The portion was large, see the standard size tea cup in the picture for scale. The Moo Shu Pork was good, a little on the sweet side (for what I know is a sweet dish) so take it easy on the plum sauce if you are going to add it. The portion was again large. Heck, even the pancakes for wrapping it were huge. If this place were in the Bay Area I'd knock a star off -- frankly, I'm not even sure this style of old-school Chinese place would work in the Bay Area -- but we're here in Roseburg and based both on my experience and reviews of other places, I'm thinking it's likely the best Chinese place in town.

Great food, service, and reasonable prices. Family of 4 can stuff themselves and have left overs for $100.

Had the House Lo Mein last nite. Absolutely awful. Weird, off-putting musty taste, seemingly no seasoning whatsoever. Proteins almost unrecognizable as to taste and texture. Very few vegs in dish, again bland, no seasoning. Noodles a gummy blob with a stale wallpaper paste vibe. At $17.50, so disappointed. Third time trying this place, not impressed. Will go elsewhere in future. Was a to go order. *** Odd place - only respond to 5 star reviews. Apparently dissatisfaction doesn't deserve a response. Sad and thirsty.

AMAZING RESTAURANT!!!! I'm a newish transplant to Roseburg and of Oregon. I hail from the Central Valley/Bay Area of Cali and this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have EVER been to. It's clean, it's busy, food is amazing, staff is friendly and attentive, and prices are absolutely reasonable. Every friend that has come to visit me, I make them come here. None have been disappointed! Please choose here when dining in Roseburg! You will NOT be disappointed! 11/10

By far the best Chinese restaurant in all of southern Oregon. Nothing we have down in the rogue valley can even come close to comparing.
