Ordered food and they forgot my sour cream, tortillas, caso. The people were nice but they forgot to put stuff in the bag and I live a hour away..

Nice new building that is kept clean. Staff are quick yet respectful and welcoming. Food was amazing. No undercooked rice or chewy meat. I opted for the bowl and can't wait to get another.

They don't give change anymore so it's card or exact cash. No one carries exact cash. There's never enough workers, and they give smaller and smaller portions.

$22.50 for a burrito. Yikes. Gave me a tiny amount of meat, asked for a little more. Upcharge $7.50. guacamole is another $4. I never thought I'd spend over $20 for a burrito. Meanwhile at Muchos Gracias I get a bigger, better tasting burrito for half that.

Crazy this place hasn't improved after being the consistently worst rated restaurant in Roseburg for so long. Del taco and taco bell are better and far cheaper.

We did a quick stop at this location around 8:30pm they close at 11:00pm.
I asked the line cook if they will be cooking more carne asada, the leftovers on the 1/3pan were dry, she let the cook know and proceeded to cook more but he was not happy about it.
They we are out of pico de gallo, I asked if they will be making more and she said no because they were busy making guacamole (5 Chipotle crew members inside the kitchen).
The establishment was empty.
I ask for my salsa on the side ( I ordered a bowl) and then she want to charge for salsa on the side, I asked why she said that’s the policy.
I wonder if the policy also mention to do not prep more food once they run out.

Train your team to take pride on their jobs and be professional.
Her actitud was unnecessary the whole time.

Been going to Chipotle since ‘04. They charged me $6.90 for extra meat and I got an extra half portion on my burrito bowl (not even a full scoop). $20 for a burrito bowl 🤣 Just go to Muchas Gracias or Romulito IMO. Cheaper and bigger portions.

First off I ordered a burrito received bowl instead and first thing in notice is big chunks of unmelted cheese then the rice was harder then the hubs of hell so hard couldn't even eat it.. really enjoy throwing 14 dollars in the trash can

The chicken and carne asada were over cooked and stast burned they compensate with rice more than the rest of the fillings and the silver ware isn't very good and the drink selection is limited
