Best chicken bowl ever!!❤️

Over the few years this has been open I have seen some rough reviews. I live just a couple miles from this location so have been here a dozen times or so and have ordered in store and via the app, I have picked up in store and in the drive up as well. In all those experiences I have never been disappointed, although they were out of lettuce a couple times during COVID.
I have also been to a dozen or so other Chipotle locations and this one is comparable to all the others, although the Pleasant Hill Ca location tops my chart.

Was not impressed with the food at all.

Went at opening. Some items not ready. Been the various other times and items not ready. For the high price of their meal if you don't get all items you want it's a total waste of money. Talked to MGMT, contacted corporate support they don't care. Love chipotle but I'm done !!!

I’m writing this review for my partner, who got severe food poisoning after eating at Chipotle. They’ve been throwing up since we ate there Saturday night and is still vomiting Monday night. They didn’t eat anything other than Chipotle that day and was not even remotely sick beforehand. We got basically the same thing except their much more adventurous with toppings, I haven’t had any symptoms. Service was run of the mill, atmosphere was overwhelmed but what we expected. They’ve repeated that they’re “never eating Chipotle again,” so we most likely won’t be testing what it was that caused such bad food poisoning.

They were pretty busy and looked a little understaffed. I under stand what it's like so I'm not mad or upset, but they did a great job staying calm even with an angry customer at the drive through. Really good service and super kind

Second time iv got a chicken bowl from here and they put 0 chicken on it, very little beans and loaded it with cheese and lettuce. Don't get a online order here because it's rare it's done right and always seems lower quality.

Didn't they change those practices after ecoli scandle? I don't go there anymore.

Bomb.com always consistent quality for for the 15 yrs I've been eating here.

I love most thing about it nd this location, I don’t understand the bad reviews I go frequently and it’s clean, the employees are nice, the food size and portions are good (depends on who’s serving you) and it tastes AMAZING!!!

I have enjoyed Chipotle at other locations. The service has been great and the facility clean. This location was very dirty. There was not a single clean table and the floor was disgusting. The counter where my order was being assembled looked like it had not been wiped for hours. I asked for a table to be wiped and someone brought a sloppy wet rag and simply swiped everything onto the bench and floor. It was 8:00 in the evening and there were only a few customers. I watched while I was eating and other than someone filling a bag with chips, no one was making an attempt to clean anything. I will not eat there again.
