Flavor is great, however the portion to price ratio is lacking. For almost the same price elsewhere I can get way more. Sadly I won't be returning, even if I get free stuff it's still not worth the trip.

Don't know how I got the wrong burger when there is only one on the menu lol. Ive been obsessed with the jalapeño bacon cheeseburger since I was a kid, it doesn't exist on this menu though. I ordered the only burger on the menu(double cheeseburger) and it was a single... I know that complaining about burgers from Del taco is lame, they just used to be my favorite burgers ever.

Ate here for the first time since they opened back up. Will not be eating here again. Food wasn’t that great tasting. They forgot some items. And after I got done eating I instantly felt nauseous and had an upset stomach. They would be better off staying closed.

Drive through line ridiculously long, like always so I went inside. 1:38 pm order 2 Taco combo. At 1:58 pm I go up to the counter and ask why it takes 20 minutes for two tacos. I'm told they're waiting on fries. Then about 2 minutes later, I'm handed my meal. Open my Taco to find no lettuce. I go back to the counter and ask shouldn't there be lettuce on tacos. Yes she replies and hands me another bag of tacos. These two had maybe 4 shreds of lettuce each. I gave my lettaceless tacos to a man that looked hungry waiting for his brother to get off work.
Del Taco... get your act together.

I love Del Taco food—so it truly pains me to write this review.

The issue isn't the quality or flavor of the food. That’s never been the problem. The real problem lies in the service, staffing, and consistent lack of product availability, which point directly to poor management.

We recently placed a take-out order and waited an hour and a half. Other customers waited up to two hours. As we left, people in the drive-thru were shouting about hour-plus waits. Customers inside were visibly frustrated, and many voiced complaints about being out of chicken, queso, fish, and other core menu items.

I saw only three employees doing everything they could to keep up. One working production, one attempting to manage the front counter, and one struggling to juggle the drive-thru. Meanwhile, there was a drive-thru line stretching a block and a half, a lobby full of long-waiting patrons, and new customers still walking in.

And this wasn’t a one-off experience. I’ve been to this location multiple times and observed the same issues every visit. I’ve held off leaving a review until I was certain it wasn’t just a fluke. It’s not.

As someone who works in restaurant management myself, I can confidently say:

1. With the amount of nightly traffic this location receives, there is no excuse for having only three employees on the floor. The revenue alone justifies more staff.

2. There is no excuse to be consistently out of your most popular ingredients—not if inventory and ordering are being done correctly.

It’s clear to me that corners are being cut on labor and inventory to save money, likely with the intention of increasing profits. But in reality, it’s resulting in exhausted employees, angry customers, and a growing number of negative experiences.

It’s been hard to watch this unfold over time. If I could, I’d gladly offer my help in retraining what is clearly an understaffed and under-supported management team.

I truly hope to see improvements. The crew deserves better. So do the customers.

The food here is great! The problem that holds them back currently since reopening is the staff cannot handle many orders at once.

They loose track of orders, argue with each other, and each time I have been in I have had to wait about 20 minutes for my order only for it to be missing an item. Because they took so long some of the items are entirely cold and others are very messily thrown together or have small portions.

I am not sure what would fix this issues, they might need a regional trainer to come in and whip the team into shape.

Ordered 47 dollars worth of food which included three burgers and two burritos and watched it sit on a tray at the end of the counter for twenty plus minutes when asked about our food they said they were waiting on fries.while standing and watching i notice a employee was unwrapping all the food to see what is of other customers while I was watching
