I haven't had a good experience at the Stephen st. location unfortunately for about 15 years running :/, today (having not been there for a while) thought "maybe I'll try again, & see", (because they're on my route home) but no, today my drink was flavorless & when I went back & asked them about it I was told "we only put one scoop of flavor no matter the size of the drink, so I'll make you another but it will be the same, maybe next time you could upcharge & get more flavor". So maybe in another few years I'll try again, but, for now I have two large coffees going to waste, down a few bucks & still nothing great to say about the service or drinks so ?♀️, it is what it is I guess.

They forgot to add the Boba in my drink. Made a mess all o wr the outside of the glass when they added them, then just wiped down the outside with her hands. But other than that Dutch Bros is always amazing.
