This is actually the worst dutch I've been to. I worked here with friends in high school and it was all about being upbeat, making good coffee and communicating with the customers. The coffee I received was literally just steamed milk. Im not even joking. I didn't realize until I drove away. I stopped by another coffee shop near by and the girl gave me free espresso shots to put in my drink because it was so laughable. Not only was the coffee bad. But the girls in the dutch bros didn't talk and engage like they used to. They were just flirting with some boy and talking and laughing with each other and playing on there phones. Its like 5 year olds run this stand. Actually super disappointing what dutch bros is turning into. Dave and Travis started this business with a purpose and it used to be super rad. Now its just a joke and know one cares about the true beauty and story of the history of dutch bros.

I haven't had a good experience at the Stephen st. location unfortunately for about 15 years running :/, today (having not been there for a while) thought "maybe I'll try again, & see", (because they're on my route home) but no, today my drink was flavorless & when I went back & asked them about it I was told "we only put one scoop of flavor no matter the size of the drink, so I'll make you another but it will be the same, maybe next time you could upcharge & get more flavor". So maybe in another few years I'll try again, but, for now I have two large coffees going to waste, down a few bucks & still nothing great to say about the service or drinks so ?♀️, it is what it is I guess.
