The broista told us a great tip tonight. My husband is 100% dairy free due to an allergy. We usually order almond milk hot chocolates for him. The broista asked if he wanted it completely dairy free and my husband said yes. Then the broista said to ask for it sugar free next time because the sugar free chocolate is dairy free but the regular chocolate is not. He said he had discovered it when his mom had a reaction to the hot chocolate due to a dairy allergy. Great tip! DB should make that part of their training. Exceptional thinking and hospitality by the young man working.

They always get my order qlwrong anymore. Today I asked for a large blended pumpkin breve and she gave me a pumpkin and caramel drink. I do not like caramel in my coffee and when I'm paying almost $10 it would be nice to get it right. She wasn't busy or anything either. Service girl who took my order was super charming and helpful. I went here after the one near the hospital messed up my order completely. Didn't know the drink I was ordering was really tried. The people who work in the booths seem to not care about you, the drink they made you or how they hand it to you. I'll stop drinking sugar drinks anyway. Final reason I needed
