Dutch Bros customer service used to be much better. Recently, I stopped in while their computers were down, and they refused to serve me. Something similar happened a year ago and they simply made my drink and told me they hope I had a good day. Tighten it back up,

I’ll get it all the time. They’re the only reason they’re not out of businesses because of me lol. I get it literally every single day for school. Their service is great. Their atmosphere is great and their drinks are delicious. I love you, Dutch Bros. ☕️

The coffee is good when made correctly, the workers are really nice! But the lines are long but it's right off the main road so I understand that it gets busy. They made my drink drink wrong again and I already wasn't having a good day so that was just the straw that broke the camels back and I had already turned on the exit by the time I noticed :'(
