Terrible experience. The service workers had no idea what I was ordering and looked at me like I was an idiot. I ordered the new summer hydrachrome drink. Gave me a pink lemonade shake with hydrachrome bubbles on it??? Tipped 5$ on a 7$ drink shouldn't have even taken it. Go to the one near Fred Myers gas station, they actually know what they are doing apparently

I'm a autistic Dutch lover and cannot drink the double blended when I freaked out inside and a little outside not mad just anxiety and the texture the team handled it with care and kindness even though they remade it I could tell it was stressful due to the line so I felt bad inside ab having the issue but them handling it the way they did made me realize that I will always return to Dutch and I love their teams!
Terrible service, didn't know yet what I wanted and couldn't see their menu due to it being on a poster so low to the ground. Once I decided they got my whole order wrong. Gave me lemonade instead of rebel, added little to no Boba and gave it to me iced and not blended. I tipped very generously as I always do for minimum wage workers but was extremely disappointed in both the quality and service. I highly recommend going to the one next to the Fred Myers gas station. They get your order right every time, great service and always super greatful and kind. I will never go to this specific location again
